We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home. The kids loved the pool in the yard. It’s walking distance to the lovely downtown area. Overall had a wonderful stay and the hosts were very helpful and answered any questions. Would recommend if you are in the Rogers area.

We stayed for four nights and had a great time. The house was very clean the pool was great, beds were comfortable. Greg communicated very well throughout the trip. Location was really good easy to bike to the bike park, easy to bike or walk to downtown Rogers that has a lot of different restaurants and a real small town vibe with a bunch of things to do.

We loved our stay! The area was nice, the property was so cute, and the host literally thought of everything when it came to having the house stocked. The backyard at night was our favorite part and we definitely enjoyed it! It is close to Eureka Springs so that was also great! Would recommend 100%!!!

This house is absolutely adorable. Older home that has been updated but still keeps its character. The owners were great to deal with and always on top of things. They thought of everything. Pool, games, snacks, coffee, creamer, etc. Also I need to note that checkout was an absolute BREEZE, Sometimes it can be a bit much at other places but NOT here. I can't recommend renting from Greg and Beth enough!!!

I stayed at the cutest little property in Rogers, Arkansas, and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was convenient and so quaint—it had everything I needed and more.The hosts were truly marvelous. They were so kind and thoughtful, which made my stay even better.The house was spotless and so comfy that I honestly didn’t want to leave. It felt like a cozy home away from home.This was definitely one of my top 5 stays ever. If you’re heading to Rogers, I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much Greg and Beth

This house is perfect in a convenient location. The backyard and cocktail pool are a nice bonus. The owners are extremely accommodating. Have stayed here before and will again.

Had a lovely Thanksgiving with my Family. the house got stunning light, was very flexible - able to accomidate dinner, games and just enjoying eachother company. House has a lovely flow. no issues at all

House is exactly as pictured. Pool and backyard set up was amazing! We were in the pool every day. Bed was a little too firm for us, otherwise it would be a 5 star. Owners were great. Definitely worth the money

We are a retired couple who wanted to explore NW Arkansas area and also bike on paved trails. This house is on the small side (2 bedroom 1 bath) but had everything we needed including a kitchen, dining, living area and laundry room. Besides the city of Roger’s, we could easily get to Bella Vista, Bentonville, Fayetteville, and other surrounding towns. The nearby free museums and parks were wonderful to break up the day. The Razorback Paved trail was great for biking in the morning as the afternoons were hot in June. The pool, although small, was a perfect temperature and great for cooling off and relaxing in the fenced backyard. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. Communication with hosts was excellent. We would definitely return if in the area again.

This was the perfect stay for a little getaway weekend. It was so easy to walk to Downtown Rogers, and we also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Everything was so clean, and we had exactly what we needed.

We stayed here for several nights for my daughters graduation from UARK. The house was adorable, clean, well stocked and in a great location. It was within walking distance to downtown Rogers. The pool was a great feature and was definitely used by my daughters. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire table on the chilly nights. I would definitely book a stay here again. The host was super responsive too.
