Stayed Mar 5, 2026Rat feces throughout the house, including the silverware drawer! Ants in the kitchen as well. Cobwebs and dead spiders as well as hair in the shower. The home is currently for sale which we didn’t realize until receiving the address. Did not look like housekeeping had been in to check to make sure it was clean and sanitized for our arrival. Smoke alarm going off when we arrived, windows without curtains throughout the house, a broken kitchen cupboard shelf as well as one missing in a bathroom. Numerous floor changes throughout that we had to have a grandparent be mindful of. Not the stay we expected. Vacated the property as soon as we were able. Not normally one to leave terrible reviews, but under the circumstances, felt like we had no choice but to share our experience.
