2 Mi to Branson Landing: Quiet Home w/ Lake View

Well supplied beautiful home with access to the lake. The only problem we had was getting in the house because the door code had not been changed.

Perfect getaway 5!! The cottage was completely stocked with what we needed for our stay. Even though it’s a communal pool, we had it to ourselves most of our stay. We had tons of stuff planned to do in Branson, but everyone liked being at the cottage so much.. we cancelled our plans and just hung out together most days. We truly had an amazing time there. We would definitely rent this place again!

The property was absolutely perfect for our group of 15 ladies. It was very clean and very spacious. The pictures in the listing didn’t do it justice. There was SO MUCH ROOM for everyone to have space and plenty of amenities. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the perfect stay!

This home was phenomenal! The two living room areas provided ample space to spread out and ensure everyone had their space. The dining set up allowed 3 at the bar, 6 at the table and 4+ outside on the deck with a lovely shade. The beds were super comfy with mattress toppers that felt like a cloud. The upstairs bunkroom was perfect for our 9 Scouts. The laundry set up is great - large washing machine and dryer. The community pool is shared with a small condo building that had maybe 16 units. It is larger than it appears in pictures. There are 3 reserved parking spots specific for this unit very close.But the best part?!?! The kitchen! They have literally thought of so much. From a blender to a crock pot to a toaster oven to a giant pot for spaghetti or corn on the cob. They even have storage containers for your leftovers which I have hardly ever seen. There is also a keurig and drip pot for coffee.Main floor bedrooms each have a wireless charging alarm clock for your phones which is incredibly handy when your charging brick stops working suddenly.Water pressure is perfect and with 13 females, there were no complaints of running out of hot water for showers. And they have ACTUAL bath towels - not the small scratchy ones that every avoids.There is also a community fire pit by the pool.They have some games in the front closet, a couple of life jackets, fooseball and magnetic darts. There are also a few beach towels if you need.As far as location - it is amazing! Other than Dogwood Canyon, our max drive was 15 mins and we were able to miss most of the Branson strip traffic. Table Rock Lake was flooded so we didn't spend much time there as we had just planned on the beach and no boating. It is tucked back on a dead end road so there is minimal traffic.This is a real gem and you would be enhancing your vacation by staying here!
