The Space:
This house is designed for providing guests with a 5 star stay. It is located less than 2 miles to the Greensboro Science Center and 10 minutes to downtown. This house sleeps up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) in ultimate comfort and offers ping pong, foosball, outdoor seating with a fire pit and other fun games.

About the house:
You will enter into the first of two living areas. The front room offers a sofa, two sitting chairs, and a 55 inch 4K smart TV. There is also a kid-size pool table, a Free Little Library, and behind one of the built-in shelves is a SECRET PLAY ROOM!

Go down the hallway and you will find the full bath featuring an updated vanity and a bath/shower combo. Three bedrooms also are along the hallway. All bedrooms feature new memory foam mattresses for extra comfort.

The first bedroom features a full bed, floating nightstands and 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, sitting chair, chest of drawers and 44 inch 4k smart TV.

The third bedroom features a spacious room with an attached half bath. This room has two bunk beds, chest of drawers, and a 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The main primary room features the largest bedroom with an attached cavernous full bath and walk-in closet. This room also has a unique two-person office desk to work in comfort and privacy.

The main bath is enormous and features dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. There is tons of room to get ready in the mornings, and even a chair to just sit and relax.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features everything you need to stay in, cook and host. There is tons of countertop space for food prep. Additional kitchen amenities include: blender, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker and everything needed to cook and dine with.

Off the kitchen is the formal dining room providing enough seats for everyone to gather for dinner, including a high chair for your baby/toddler.

The second living room is huge and offers a back-lit foosball table and a sectional to have everyone enjoy the 65” inch 4K smart TV. There is a beautiful vintage wood-burning stove, only to be enjoyed as decor.

The backyard is completely fenced in and offers a very spacious patio. A gas grill and gas fire pit are extra ways to entertain.

The garage serves as the game room and includes a ping pong table and corn hole. It also includes a very efficient pair of washer & dryer with complimentary detergent.

If staying for a weekend or for multiple months, this is the place to enjoy your time away from home.

Owner closet (storage cabinet) in garage

These owner closets are labeled, locked and not to be tampered with. They are only accessible to the owners and cleaners. Any theft will be reported to the police and VRBO.

Getting Around:
Driveway leading to house can hold two cars. Extra parking available on street in-front of house. Also garage is available if needed.

Other Things to Note:
*Pet Policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact us first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog (or cat). The pet fee is a non-refundable $150, and the fine is $450. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house for parties. We want you to enjoy time with your own guests staying at the home with you. We kindly ask to keep music, conversation, and TV at a peaceful noise level to respect the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays. This is strictly enforced.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests may smoke outside but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. There is a $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors. No smoking in any of the screened enclosures.

*Lost & Found*
We know things can sometimes get left behind! If you realize you’ve forgotten something after checking out, just reach out to us. We’re happy to help search for your item and arrange shipping. There’s a $25 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping. Our cleaner will provide a receipt and handle payment directly. Let us know how we can assist!

Interaction with Guests:
You will be able to contact us via VRBO messaging. Upon arrival, you will also have our phone numbers from the Guest Binder. Please call/text for urgent matters. We are happy to assist at any time and appreciate good communication. We want you to have a 5-star stay and can only help you when you make us aware of any issues.
