POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    We want to highlight how professionally the hosts handled the unexpected situation. The original home we booked (this one) ended up having house issues and wasn’t available for our dates, but the team at Surf Style Vacation Homes quickly offered us five alternative properties to choose from. Once we selected the one we liked, the changeover was seamless—we received updated welcome instructions and access codes right away with zero hiccups, with no change or increase in fees. The new home was absolutely gorgeous (see review below for the new home): What a beautiful, gorgeous, and stylishly updated home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well thought-out and comfortable everything was. The views were absolutely top notch, and the layout was perfect for our group—great bedroom options, plenty of bathrooms, and lots of space for everyone to relax.One of the biggest highlights was how easy checkout was. The cleanup requirements were a breeze (especially compared to other rentals), which made the end of our stay stress-free. Everything in the home worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning.We stayed with 5 couples, and every single one of us had an amazing time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home. The only suggestion we’d have would be adding a fire pit or fire bowl downstairs, which would make the outdoor space even more incredible.

    Wonderful location right on the boardwalk and not a far walk from both the southern entertainment and the northern eateries. Only improvement would be that it had better cooking pots/pans and more dishware.

    Property was clean, but not up to date. The bathrooms were from the 1970's and fridge leaked all over the inside of the fridge and all over the floor. . Called property manager and they said they would take care of it...never heard or saw them!! Property was very clean but very outdated!! View was amazing.

    We were there for my nephews, marine graduation but unfortunately he had gotten sick and was not able to graduate. We still all got together and turned it into a family vacation. The house was perfect. The location was perfect. We absolutely enjoyed it.

    Location is everything here!! We stayed here for my moms 80th bday. There was 12 of us, including teenagers and small children and the place was perfect for them. It was so peaceful to wake up to a gorgeous beach view. We were less than a 10 minute walk from Belmont Park which had amusement park rides, arcade games, rock climbing wall, zip line, bumper cars, ropes course and lots of fun food! And it was so fun to rent bikes and rollerblades and walk up and down the strand. We never left the beach! It was hard to find a 5 bedroom house that was right on the beach and this was exactly what we wanted. Although it is 2 separate units, the upstairs was big enough so we could all eat and hang out together. We had so much fun playing corn hole in the back yard. As other guests have mentioned, and I recommend reading all reviews, the place could use some updating, so don’t expect everything to work perfectly. And the garage is tight but we were able to fit a minivan and a Honda CRV. You just have to unpack and get everyone out of the car before you park. But the cars fit and the house was clean. Surf Style was very responsive when we had any questions. Overall, this place was perfect for a large family. You’re right on the beach and great food everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Our family had the best time and my mom is already recommending this place to her friends.

    Amount for the property should be lower for the quality. Things needed to be repaired especially the lower unit. A little paint, new appliances, shower repaired. Deck, windows upstairs leaked rain inside. Nothing to sweep floors downstairs. Location was the best.

    Location is amazing, but travelling with a group of 14 with children and grand parents, we found that the appartments need some love. No lights on side of garage, deck has wave in it, miss steps a few times for my parents. Faucet broken, toilet leaking in one bathroom, both barbecues not working properly...i understand the location is perfect, we found that for the price we paid, we expected more.

    We rented 3455 Ocean Front Walk, Rip Curl 3, October 20 – October 23. We were very disappointed to learn that the refrigerator was not working in the downstairs unit. We traveled with young children and had planned to spend all of our meals at the house, so we knew we would need access to both fridge units throughout the weekend to do so. We contacted Surf Style at 9 am Friday morning to let them know about the issue and were told that someone would come to repair it the same day. A couple bags of ice were dropped off that afternoon, but no other assistance or attempts to rectify the situation were made by the Surf Style team. Because we were not able to store everything in one fridge, we had to spend additional, unplanned funds to feed our family during the weekend. This resulted in an overall disappointing and frustrating weekend.
