Hosted my daughter’s 18th birthday party here! Was able to accommodate our large family comfortably. Would stay again! Check-in, location, and views were amazing

The host was attentive, but the house is a little weird.

The home was just what we needed for our extended family to stay together for a family funeral. So grateful for the home that allowed us to stay together in one place!

Plenty of room for a large family. Great outdoor space.

This property was absolutely a beautiful. It accommodated everything we needed. It has a washer and dryer in the rooms were nice and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and beautiful, and there were a lot of of them. They kept you stocked up on coffee and all the essentials and the host was amazing and super easy to get a hold of. I was so happy that we chose to stay here. I suggest this to anybody who stays in Colorado Springs Colorado Springs area.

It looked more like an open floor plan on the website but they had a large dining table we could all gather at for our dinner and devotion time. Having all those teens and a septic system made me nervous but they did a good job following directions. The no AC shocked us at first however, the evening did cool down and it got comfortable fairly quickly. We would go back!

This property was perfect to house 9 family members comfortably while we celebrated loved ones getting married at a nearby ranch!

Lots of space and the property had basic amenities covered for the kitchen and bathrooms! Would stay again

I hosted my 26th birthday party here were we did a murder mystery escape room and it was perfect!! The place is beautiful and spacious and we loved it.

Stayed here for our son’s wedding at Flying Horse Ranch. Our group of family and friends loved everything. We were at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect location with easy access to so much in the area. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. There is plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space, inside and out. Spent time every morning enjoying coffee and the view from the living room. Evenings included stargazing on the back patio and fun talks around the large dining table. The hosts for this home are wonderful to work with. Responsive, professional and helpful. This home and its hosts are true gems..

We had a great time at this place. The owners are great at communicating. It had many rooms, a lot of space, and the location was beautiful.

The house was great but would’ve been more enjoyable staying in the cooler months. We were uncomfortably warm as house has no a/c. Cooling fans were helpful at night but during the day there was no relief even with all the windows and doors open, and 14 people in the house. We were bummed that We bought a bunch of stuff to grill and ended up having to try to cook it all in the kitchen (so hot!) because the grill didn’t work. Overall, it was a nice space for all of us to get together! Home renters were very quick to respond with any of our questions.

We loved our stay at this vacation home. My sister and I are always nervous about staying in hotels because we are concerned about germs! :) This place exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful! I will mention the basement did have a pet smell but nothing major. I’m just not a pet person so it seemed like maybe there had been a pet before? :) Not a dirty pet and no stains!! Just smelled like a pet. :) Gorgeous location and place to hike near by and very clean. We all loved it!

We had 10 in our family group and the house was great for our stay. We had all that we needed, it was clean and host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had our family stay here 13 people for our wedding it was a great set up! Beautiful place and will definitely be back!!

Few things were wrong with the place, bar stool was broken, almost fell backwards onto the tile floor, internet was extremely spotty and didnt work half the time, water pressure was terrible in downstairs bathroom shower. Had a spider problem. Pullout couch in game room was broken , so we were shorted a bed. We kept finding screws and nails in the carpet. Extremely friendly/ responsive host.

Very spacious home with plenty of places to hangout. I enjoyed the view of pikes peak from the upstairs couch. I brought my scentsy so that it'd smell like home. I think that I spent most of my time in the kitchen and playing card games at the table. We enjoyed our stay.
