2 KING Masters, Pikes Peak View. Sleeps 17, Close To AF Academy - Gym & Hot Tub

We really enjoyed staying here. It had ample space for our group which included children. There was a gaming set, foosball table and toys for the kids in the basement/game room. There was also a trampoline and larger sized construction vehicle toys. Kitchen was large and open for everyone to be able to sit and eat. We have been to many vacation rental homes and none have ever had as much cooking and kitchen supplies before, so that was very much appreciated and helpful. Access to a laundry room is always a plus. Beds were comfortable and also appreciated the full size and name brand toiletries. The only things we felt were missing on this beautiful property was a hot tub and some type of canopy/gazebo. There was always part of the group outside in the back patio area and the sun was intense until evening. I would also say that maybe try to make it more clear that there is no A/C. We were surprised how cool it was but there were definitely people in the group that were hot part of the time so I did feel bad. All in all, would definitely recommend. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Thank you for having us. Beautiful, clean and well kept home.

This was easily one of the best stays we have ever had, and it made our wedding experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming space. The home itself is exactly as described, if not better. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. You can tell attention was paid to the details, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy such an important time without any stress. The location was a huge plus, it was convenient for everything we had planned while still feeling private and peaceful. It ended up being the perfect place to stay during such a big life moment. The host was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless from start to finish.Overall, this place just delivers, if you are considering booking do not overthink it, you will be glad you did. We would absolutely stay here again and will always associate it with an unforgettable weekend.

Everything was good. The few hiccups we had, we were able to discuss with the host. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Hosted my daughter’s 18th birthday party here! Was able to accommodate our large family comfortably. Would stay again! Check-in, location, and views were amazing

The host was attentive, but the house is a little weird.

The home was just what we needed for our extended family to stay together for a family funeral. So grateful for the home that allowed us to stay together in one place!

Plenty of room for a large family. Great outdoor space.

This property was absolutely a beautiful. It accommodated everything we needed. It has a washer and dryer in the rooms were nice and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and beautiful, and there were a lot of of them. They kept you stocked up on coffee and all the essentials and the host was amazing and super easy to get a hold of. I was so happy that we chose to stay here. I suggest this to anybody who stays in Colorado Springs Colorado Springs area.

It looked more like an open floor plan on the website but they had a large dining table we could all gather at for our dinner and devotion time. Having all those teens and a septic system made me nervous but they did a good job following directions. The no AC shocked us at first however, the evening did cool down and it got comfortable fairly quickly. We would go back!

This property was perfect to house 9 family members comfortably while we celebrated loved ones getting married at a nearby ranch!

Lots of space and the property had basic amenities covered for the kitchen and bathrooms! Would stay again

Need to put in listing how many stairs are in house.

I hosted my 26th birthday party here were we did a murder mystery escape room and it was perfect!! The place is beautiful and spacious and we loved it.

Stayed here for our son’s wedding at Flying Horse Ranch. Our group of family and friends loved everything. We were at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect location with easy access to so much in the area. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. There is plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space, inside and out. Spent time every morning enjoying coffee and the view from the living room. Evenings included stargazing on the back patio and fun talks around the large dining table. The hosts for this home are wonderful to work with. Responsive, professional and helpful. This home and its hosts are true gems..
