Fully equipped with 3br+2.5ba, 3 levels + a rooftop ocean view sky deck that spans the entire house, 3 separate outdoor areas, A/C, 2 fire pits, BBQ, Alexa sound system throughout, maximum occupancy 11 (8 adults max), & 1 compact parking space. GROUND LEVEL (2br+1ba, Hot Tub, Fire Pit)
Walk through a small pedestrian gate to your main front entry, a fully gated area with an adjacent patio & parking area. As you enter the home there are 2br's, both with sliding glass doors & direct access to the ground level patio with steaming hot tub, cozy fire pit, outdoor shower & seating. Br #1 has a Queen bed with SMART TV, while Br #2 has a Full bed with pullout Twin trundle & SMART TV. Off the travertine floor-lined hallway is a full bath (tub/shower combo) & stackable washer/dryer.

2nd LEVEL (master suite with ensuite & deck)
This entire level houses your master retreat. This space comes complete with a King bed, SMART TV, walk-in closet, deck with peek ocean views & ensuite ba with tub/shower combo.

3rd LEVEL (main living area, ½ ba, ocean views)
Stairs with a modern chandelier lead you to the 3rd level open floorplan main living area that is full of ocean breezes & natural light. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, maple cabinets, bar seating & open to the living/dining room. The living area is highlighted by dual sofa sectionals that both fold out into one oversized sofa bed. Also included is a SMART Samsung TV, built in dining nook, ceiling fan & a half bath.

4th LEVEL (sky deck, city & ocean views, BBQ, fire pit)
The home gets even better with your very own expansive rooftop sky deck that spans the entire house. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktails this is the ideal gathering place with your entire group. This area includes 360 degree panoramic ocean & city Views, built in gas BBQ (no propane needed), lounge seating, sofa seating, bar seating, hanging rope lights & a fire pit!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    This was a great stay and an amazing view from the roof. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for my family. The best part was the property management. They were there for us when ever we needed. They also helped us with early and late check ins. I would recommend this place.

    We experienced multiple issues during our stay. At least 10 things we had to reach out to the rental company about. The company did reply to each issue and fixed them; however, to have so many problems and to spend so much time reaching out and getting them fixed was a huge inconvenience during our vacation. We have stayed in Mission for the last 23 years and this rental was not worth the money. The location was nice but for the extremely high rate we paid, we should not have had that many problems.

    This property is horrible. The whole place was filthy.The showers were moldy and disgusting. The counters and floors were dirty.The windows were filthy and many were broke.It had a order also.

    The area is great and the house is right by the beach. As others have noted the parking is annoying. You have to back into a narrow alley and can barely open the doors on one side to exit the vehicle. Forget parking two vehicles. There is a Prius that never leaves across the alley that makes it more difficult to navigate in. Can't blame them they probably live there. Street parking is hard to find and there are weird street sweeper hours every weekday where you can't street park. The house is passable. Hot tub was kind of dirty and sandy, the floors were dirty and turn your feet black, the couches are falling apart, etc. Overall, the location probably beats out the downsides, but for the money we were expecting a bit more upscale and a bit less surfer beach shack. Probably would not stay again, but it worked out fine. Management was nice, helpful and responsive.

    Perfect location, steps from the ocean. A working gas grill on the roof top level came in very handy feeding stone hungry teenagers. The hot tub was handy too after surfing in the ocean. Super easy check in and check out.

    We had a great time. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. The Viking stove was nice! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The condo needs a little TLC though - it’s definitely had a lot of use.

    This wasn't exactly a 5 star experience. The hot tub was cloudy and a foot low in water, the house was dirty and the furniture was broken, stained and torn up. There were sewer flies (which I had to pay to get rid of) and the walls and furniture were filthy. I took a rag and bleach and wiped down the banisters and walls and the rag was black. I sent pictures and a video to management. They sent a cleaning service to clean the living area and she was lovely and did clean a little bit and helped me put sheets on the gross couches so we can at least sit on them. There needs to be more attention to the cleaning and the care of the furniture and home overall. I get that this is a rental and it isn't going to be perfect, but your guests shouldn't have to stay in filth after paying thousands of dollars to stay in one of your rentals. The neighbor behind the house also blocked the driveway parking illegally right on the red line, so we couldn't even park inside the gate. They serviced the hot tub and after 5 hours we tried to get in and it was still cloudy and our bathing suits were bleached out. I asked for a night of rent returned since I was dealing with these issues for hours and spent my own money to get rid of the sewer flies. They only offered to reimburse the cleaning fee and informed me that the couch cover has been replaced and the broken furniture repaired. There were literally wide open rips in the stools and gross stains on couch. So upset.

    We wanted an entire home without having to share walls or have someone above or below us and this house worked out great. Fantastic location with the beach steps away and tons of bars and restaurants a quick walk or bike ride away.
