Each reservation includes 6 designated parking spots:

1 garage spot per home
1 spot directly in front of the home
1 numbered parking space per home

Please use only your assigned spaces to avoid any issues with neighbors.

You will be provided with the access code to enter.

We like to give our guests their private space to enjoy their vacation. We`ll be available via phone call or text anytime you need something. If you want to meet us, let us know and we`ll make it out to say hi.

Important House Rules:

✍️ All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID before check-in.
For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after checkout if no damages occur.
️ Drive Carefully: Please drive respectfully within the complex to ensure safety and comfort for all residents.
⏰ Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access.
For local guests, we’ll call to verify the reservation before check-in. Google Voice or service numbers are not accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel such bookings.
❤️ Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed with a $48 per pet fee. Please let us know if your furry friends are joining.
Age Requirement: We do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 25.
