So beautifully decorated, so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool and hot tub too! Stayed Jul 20, 2024The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. Loved having the fire pit in addition to the pool and hot tub. Use of the garage and an extra drink fridge in there was an added bonus. Great overall experience and we look forward to staying again.

The house was very clean, well-stocked, and family friendly. There were lots of little surprises that helped make the stay with kids more enjoyable including lots of board games, pool toys, beach toys, coloring books, crayons, a booster seat, etc. The location of the property is towards the entrance of Sea Pines so just a short drive/bike ride to Coligny Beach area; it is approximately a 15 minute drive to the end of South Marina area of Sea Pines. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet; we saw lots of deer walking through the neighborhood. The pool area was very nice and enjoyable. Of note, the spa does require an additional fee in order to be heated and utilized as a hot tub. I would recommend this property to those looking for a quiet getaway on Hilton Head Island.
