With a total area of 1,185 square feet, the home features two bedrooms, one full bath, a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a dining area, and hardwood floors. Originally constructed in 1928, the home has undergone renovations, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom, while retaining some of its original details, adding to its charm as a place to stay.

This upstairs residence is maintained as a quiet, high-cleanliness, allergy-conscious environment. Due to shared building considerations, noise transfer, and allergy sensitivities, all animals must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.

We generally do not permit pets in this upstairs unit. Exceptions for approved dogs may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis depending on size, breed, length of stay, and the nature of the reservation. Cats and other household pets are not permitted.

Undisclosed animals are considered a serious violation of house rules.

Service animals assisting a person with a disability are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and platform policies. Guests traveling with a service animal should notify us before arrival so we can review any building considerations and help ensure the best possible experience for all occupants.

All approved animals must be housebroken, quiet, well-controlled, and supervised at all times. Animals may not be left unattended in the residence and are not permitted on furniture or beds.

Because this is an upstairs flat with neighboring occupants below, excessive barking, running, scratching, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

Guests are fully responsible for any excessive cleaning, odors, stains, hair accumulation, flea treatment, damages, disturbances, or remediation costs associated with the animal during the stay.

Any animal creating noise disturbances, aggressive behavior, sanitation concerns, property damage, or safety issues may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund in accordance with platform policies and applicable law.
