>This beautiful historic home is the upper floor of a duplex, consisting of two flats. With a total area of 1,185 square feet, the home features two bedrooms, one full bath, a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a dining area, and hardwood floors. Originally constructed in 1928, the home has undergone renovations, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom, while retaining some of its original details, adding to its charm as a place to stay.

Some additional highlights of the property include amenities such as a Keurig coffee machine with K-cups provided, an Air Fryer, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace equipped with two adjustable standing desks and ergonomic office chairs, high-speed internet (500 Mbps), free parking, and security cameras on the premises.

    I appreciate the owners flexibility and communication. It was noisy with continuous jet noise. We found crumbs and tobacco pouch under sofa cushions. Possible blood stain on wall in stairs. Liked the fact that kitchen was furnished nicely. Would not pay that much again for this propert.

    Stayed with my husband and 2 small children. Pack n play and high chair were readily available. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds were comfy, house was clean. Very convenient location with stores and restaurants close by. Host was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. Recommend for family or 2-3 adults

    This wonderful property looks just likes the pictures. It is clean, comfortable, and great care has been taken to anticipate any need the renter might have. For example, there are two desks for working from home, both with multiple monitors and with a printer with ink and paper. In the kitchen, there are not only the usual appliances but also an air fryer and an insta pot. Coffee and basic condiments are supplied. The beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood’s tall trees are part of the view out the many windows. The Oak Lawn location is very convenient to downtown and the SMU area as well as north Dallas. It is also a very walkable neighborhood with Eatsi’s and the trails in Turtle Creek nearby. The hosts are extremely responsive and made our stay very easy. We definitely recommend this place for a Dallas stay.

    I stayed in this lovely apartment with my sister during mid-March. I came to Dallas for surgery and needed a place to recover. My doctor required I stay in Dallas at least 10 days. The apartment was in a nice neighborhood. The apartment and the neighborhood had great vibes. The quality of light in the apartment was cheerful and the decor and cleanliness made our stay really comfortable. I will stay here again when I come back to Dallas in September. Duy and Minh were so helpful when we called for help with the television and later when we called to extend our stay for two extra days. I highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed.

    My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience from the time I booked until we left. The host thought of every need and created a clean, comfortable environment for relaxing in a home away from home. The location is great, quiet and just 5 minutes from the hospital (UT Southwestern) where my husband had a procedure. I enioyed the small touches such as black makeup washcloths, all of the kitchen appliances you could need, comfortable bedding, a medicine mirror with smart items like cotton pads and eye makeup remover. My husband found the electric desk (high/low) with wireless charging pad, dual monitors and ports very useful. The host was very responsive and provided all of the important info before we arrived. 100% highly recommend!

    Excellent price and very well equipment unit; coffee, water, especially liked the instant oatmeal and appliances. Minh was very responsive and accommodating. My only critique of the unit is that it that the bathroom is a little dated (could have used a comfort height toilet), and the location was pretty close to the flight path to Love Field. The planes taking off did wake me up on morning.

    Clean comfortable well supplied in a neighborhood that has most anything within 10 minutes. I have stayed in places that claim fully equipped kitchen that don't even have a wine opener. Host has put a lot of thought in making sure you have what you need when away from home. Enjoyed the stay.
