This two bedroom townhouse is located on the sandy white beaches of Navarre Beach. Athough our unit is not directly on the water, the gulf is just a short walk away. Come enjoy the laid back and quiet atmosphere of Sugar Beach Condominiums gulf front complex. Our townhome features two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and can comfortably sleep 6 guests. The heated pool (open year round but heated March through November) is located just a few steps outside our front door and our townhome

Stayed Mar 28, 2026We had a very pleasant experience! The condo was a short walk from the beach, the host was very responsive to questions and concerns, and our family really enjoyed our stay. All was as it should be, and the minor issue we had with a leak was remedied the same day by the host. The beds were comfortable, the condo was quiet (didn’t hear the neighbors at all), and everything was as the listing said it would be. This rental made our stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Worth the money in every aspect. We stayed for 5 nights with a family of 6.

One of the main reasons I booked was for the heated pool.The condo itself was goid and had everything we needed and more. It does honestly need a good Cleaning. Those are the only 2 things. Other than that it was great!

Stayed Sep 2, 2025Great stay! Very close to the beach, has its own access. There were beach chairs, sand toys, a couple of floats and boogie boards available to use. As well as a few beach towels. There is also a beach store right across the street from the property. Easy to find and access. Pool area is spacious and easy to access. Definitely look forward to staying here again.

Stayed May 16, 2025Stayed a week. Could be cleaner based on staying on the island for almost 2 decades. Could be upgraded, such as carpeting replaced, etc. Description was correct. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
