Welcome to our peaceful & private 3bd + 1ba single family beach house (no shared walls) located just 2 blocks to the ocean in the heart of beautiful North Pacific Beach. This offering features a large fully-fenced yard with ample seating & firepit exclusive only to this unit, convenient 2 car driveway, beautiful wood floors, Smart TV's & short walk to amazing local eats! (Maximum occupancy 6) Notes-No A/C, fans are provided. Up to 20 people can stay onsite in the combo listing, inquire with us!

LIVING AREA
This professionally decorated single family house is the perfect beach vacation getaway for up to 6 guests. Off the main front door entry you'll step into the spacious living room that is beautifully decorated with beachy decor, beautiful wood flooring, plush sofa & sleek Flat Screen Smart TV. Off the living room is a separate dining area with seating, unique kitchen & new stainless steel appliances. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower.

Br #1 features a Queen size bed & Smart TV. Br #2 features a Queen sized bed. Br #3 features a Twin sized bed with Twin trundle bed & Smart TV.

EXTERIOR & OTHER FEATURES
Oversized lot that consists of 2 individual detached houses. This is the private front unit which includes a fenced backyard with patio seating, firepit & BBQ that is exclusive only to this unit. There is a laundry room off the patio with full sized washer & dryer. Beach amenities are included as complimentary for our guests including sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

LOCATION
“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to the Ocean, white sandy beaches & famous Tourmaline Surf Park.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment on Mission Blvd, Turquoise St, and Garnet Ave. Endless mom & pop shops and fantastic family and fine dine eats, including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, The Fishery, Bareback Burger, Second Nature Eatery & Latitude 32 to name a few. A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Mission Beach, featuring Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and Wavehouse flow rider. Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!

Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, contact one of our friendly staff today!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    The location is absolutely perfect to be able to enjoy La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and Mission beach. The area is very walkable. The house is perfect for a family. We stayed with our 3 kids and felt the space was perfect. Cons: The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and there was visible mold/mildew in the shower along with a few other maintenance type issues that need to be addressed. We would absolutely stay here again!

    We loved our stay in this adorable beach home in Mission Beach. When I travel to San Diego, I usually look for a cozy place to stay near the beach and this fit the bill. A wonderful older San Diego property with that laid back vibe.My husband and I especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the backyard lawn and with the accompanying chairs and tables. Every morning I looked forward to waking up and spending time in the back yard listening to the birds. There is also nice well stocked grocery store within walking distance. The property managers were very easy to work with as well. I appreciated them being so accommodating. I highly recommend this little gem.

    Fantastic location! Loved having the driveway parking, saved a tons of headaches and money on parking along as well could walk to the beach, shopping, breakfast/lunch/dinner, groceries, bike rentals - everything we wanted to do was so close!

    We were extremely disappointed that the listed dishwasher didn’t exist. We were celebrating a birthday and and engagement! While we appreciate the courtesy of a $50 refund it didn’t cover all the extra and frequent work washing and drying dishes and pots and pans. We all own and used dishwashers and we never intended to go camping.

    We were very comfortable in this house. The kitchen was well stocked, the location is great, a short walk to the beach, there's a grocery store close by, it was clean and the beds and bedding was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

    Communication with property owner was fantastic, although the washing machine wasn’t working, she aided us in a convenient solution. The kitchen was well stocked. Three smallish bedrooms, one of them is attached, meaning You have to walk through a bedroom to get to another. This was no problem, as bedrooms still provided privacy and plenty of space for our teenagers. Pull out sofa provided another sleeping option. Location is great with the surfing beach only 2 blocks away and cafes easily within a short walk. We will be looking to be repeat customers! Thank you

    10/10 We had the best time in San Diego area! We just got home and are making plans to go back! This house is just beautiful. They did a great job setting us up for the best week. We sat by the fire at night in the back yard to warm up after a cold beach day! It’s a closed back yard with grass perfect for my kids. We had 3 rooms … 1 rooms was an adjoining room with a step down into another room. The day bed and trundle were perfect for my kids to sleep in connected to us in the step down room. My in laws loved their room also perfect and spacious. The property is beautifully decorated and the location is the best!! 10 mins to mission beach and Belmont park and 10 mins to Lajolla cove area. We were able to walk down to the beach across mission boulevard and watch the surfers at that beach one morning, that hill was a beast! We walked to an amazing gourmet pizza place, French Pastries… and much more! We rented for 6 days and next year we are planning 2 weeks or more! The property owners were amazing at communicating with us every step of the way! They texted before we got there / while we were there to check in / and after we left to ensure we enjoyed our stay! We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend this property!
