Stayed Aug 24, 2024We had a wonderful time at this quaint beach home in Cape May! The only thing we wish we were prepped for was the need for beach passes that you’re required to have to access the beach at a daily or weekly expense. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise it was a perfect week. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Living two blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood made for a fabulous week at the shore! The kitchen is well stocked and the giant deck makes it easy to feed a family of 8. Great knives, plenty of utensils and cookware (could have used another dish towel though), and great communication with homeowner.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We loved 1312 New York Ave!! The street and location are wonderful , the back deck really added to the house. We ate dinner out there every night. Two short blocks to the beach, and the house was very comfy, and cozy. Kitchen is small but having the deck to eat, really helped. Communication with owner was excellent. She responded immediately if we needed anything. Possible front windows could use some cleaning, but overall a very nice week with the family. Would definitely consider coming again.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023We were so comfortable together in this house- 5 adults and four kids under eight including an infant. Lots of room and the large deck and huge backyard were both beautiful. The location is perfect! We didn’t use our cars all week. And the owners are sooo nice and attentive. All in all, this is a perfect vacation house.
