The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. Our place is fully stocked for you to enjoy. We allow dogs only with a pet fee.

Stayed May 7, 2025Would have loved this place but the fire detectors started chirping at 3am. Low batteries. There were no spare batteries and so we got no sleep. Aside from this annoyance, the property is absolutely idyllic for a small group of visiting cyclists. We just got unlucky.

Stayed May 1, 2025The location was ideal walking distance every place you wanted to go, like base camp, hot, tomato into town, etc. Place was very clean and well appointed, and great backyard. It’s pretty small so it’s great for just a couple. The fire pit outback did not work. We tried several times as we were hoping to sit outside and enjoy it in the evening.

Stayed May 29, 2024The house was perfect for our family of four. Very nice details and thoughtful amenities. The porch was great for relaxing and the yard great for the kids to play in. Walk to town every night for dinner. Very responsive hosts.
