Stayed Jul 12, 2024What can we say the stay was clean comfortable and really relaxed it was a special touch to have a welcome pack too! Much appreciated the house had close by parking was quiet and great for access to facilities and Filey! We had so much fun here so worth it.

Stayed Oct 22, 2022A nice property and in a good location. Parking was a bit of a pain as there was none available outside the property and it was very busy on the streets. Clean property and was ok for a couple of days. The beds unfortunately were not comfortable at all. They didn’t have any support and with having a bad back it was an uncomfortable night. We all had the same opinion of the foam mattresses. Would be good to have more toiletries and toilet rolls etc. Jo was very responsive and I’d have loved to have given a higher rating but the beds mainly let this prop down. The neighbours had a very loud karaoke night too that went on until about 1am. As they are holiday lets you prob won’t have that issue.

Stayed Aug 30, 2021Every room needs updating. Sofa's old, kitchen not enough cooking trays. Carpets stained. Mattress in bedroom 1 so hard had to sleep on pillows for comfort. Shower head really dirty . Really not impressed and wouldn't go to this property again.
