Stayed Jun 30, 2025This unit is exactly what the listing shows & met our expectations well! One of the best parts of this unit is its location- it’s not in the middle of all the crowds but close enough to everything. We normally stay oceanfront so I was concerned about distance to the beach. This unit is in THE PERFECT location! The walk is direct & short! The beach was not crowded- busy, but not crowded- in this part (which is a big deal for me).Suggestions we have are to be explicit on parking- it took us a bit to figure out where our spot was because it’s not located in the main parking lot (which is where GPS leads). We also weren’t clear on trash/recycling & where that went.We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend this unit! You won’t regret it!

Stayed May 23, 2025My family loved this cute, updated condo. It has clean and comfortable amenities, and it's such an easy walk to beach access 24. My family has been coming to Amelia for years, and this is one of our favorite locations. Plus, it's pet-friendly! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024This is a very lovely condo. It has all the comforts of a home really…comfortable bed, living area and kitchen open with lots of natural light. It is Close to the beach and not far from downtown Amelia Island. Would definitely recommend.
