Space for 1 RV with full hook ups will allow additional guests at an additional costper day. Additional 1 bedroom/ 1 bath Casita available. Ask host about fees. You may see golf carts cruising around the
neighborhood. Check local laws regarding road use of licensed/unlicensed vehicle use. Fun area to ride bikes, electric bikes and nearby desert areas for
motorcycles/ATV's. Big lot great for parking as well as some street parking if needed.

Nice residential neighborhood is well kept with good neighbors. Please respect neighbors quiet time and privacy. Best practice is to start quiet time outside by 8-9 pm. There are some fabulous skies
to see at night enjoy the beauty. There can be mosquitos in AZ so be mindful with doors and screens and personal care.
