Golfing, Traveling, Working Family, Friends, Coworkers this place is a good fit for all of that, quite and private close to everything. 5 min to Quail Hollow golf club, 3 min to South Blvd (lots of restaurant), 7 min to park road (restaurants and bars), 15 min to downtown and airport. Just the right space, and the host (me) oh that's the best (hahah) love this business and love to take care of my guests, i try to please everyone with what is possible.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Property was as-advertised. Clean, but sparse. However, on the first night of our 3 night stay we saw and killed 2 cockroaches. Informed the manager the next morning. On second night we saw and killed 3 more. The next morning we notified manager that we had checked out early. Requested partial refund, but was denied.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025The interior was exactly as advertised, no problems or issues. This is an end unit of townhouses. The first night a pile of beer bottles were outside the patio fence. the second night some of the tenants had a beer party right outside of our unit until 4:00 am. We checked out in the morning and all the beer bottles & trash was left right on the side of the unit. I do believe this has nothing to do with the host, but more about the location & adjacent tenants as the unit's itself was well presented, and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Planned a last minute trip to Carowinds. Wanted some extra space over a hotel. This was great. Rooms had amazing beds and the blackout curtains helped us enjoy a cool and quiet stay!

Stayed May 9, 2025It was perfect for our weekend stay. It was very clean with a comfortable couch. The bed was one of the best we’ve slept in while staying away from home. Over all was everything we needed.
