Stayed Feb 5, 2026This is a nice VRBO! It was centrally located, very convenient to what we were there for, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear all conversations and noises from neighbors. There were also adults smoking pot outside of our doors every time we were there; in their parked cars, standing in the parking lot and in the outside areas. We did not feel comfortable with our younger kids staying with us there. Nobody was rude or overly loud. And our host was extremely responsive and nice.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025We were attending a conference at Hendrix College and loved the proximity to campus, about a block away. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This was our 2nd time staying, and we actually extended our stay an additional night this time. It's very comfortable, clean and convenient. The only thing I would suggest is that you get full sizeironing boards and higher toilets

Stayed Oct 7, 2024I was pleased with the accommodations and pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness. As this is a two story townhome, it was very nice to have a half bath on the first floor. I intent to make another trip in February and will definitely try to stay here again. Communication with the owner was great as well.
