I have been traveling to Florida twice a year for about 20 years. I have rented condos, apartments, villas, Vrbo, Airbnb, hotels and never have I rented somewhere so welcoming and accommodating as this Home. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some. The pool is amazing and the perfect size. The house was very cute, clean and perfect for our trip. We will definitely be back !

Residence is in an excellent location to quickly visit the beaches, shop or places to dine. Host responds quickly to whatever questions or concerns you may have.

The house was great and very clean! We definitely enjoyed swimming in the pool after being at the beach all day. The host was very fast with responding and very kind. The house was very close to shopping and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. I high recommend staying here especially if you have kids the house was perfect for us.

House was great for two of us. Pool is not heated so was pretty cold. Neighborhood is a little iffy, but the house was good.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house and location were both perfect. It was so clean and welcoming (it even smelled great!), and the hosts provided so many extras that made our trip easier. Checking in and out was seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This place was great and convenient to the island. The host were awesome, they let us check in early and extend our stay one more day. Very nice house with a pool that the kids and grandkids loved when they came to visit us. We will be booking again.

We loved Sue's place!The photos don't do justice to her place.It is very well equipped and has everything you need in the kitchen or for the grill outside (she had two grills: gas and charcoal—my husband loved the charcoal grill). The beds are comfy, everything was cleaned, and they smell good.For the small kids, she has a pack n' play & feeding chair; there's also an air mattress. For the kids (and us) the pool was a hit! Plus the Super Nintendo and all the board games she has there!Location is awesome! Groceries and restaurants were near and the beach was a short drive.Anyway, we had a great stay and we hope to stay there again another time.Thanks for everything!

The home inside was just like the pictures and very clean. We had everything we could want and more stocked than anywhere we have ever stayed. The owners were easy to communicate with. Everything in the house worked, it was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice but it was not screened anymore. You could tell the hurricanes took a toll on the outside but it should have been updated on the description. I would have not booked it otherwise. Even if the lanai had been screened in it would have been fine. The wasps were bad in the daytime and the mosquitoes were terrible at night. We missed doing a lot because of it. I would stay again if it was fixed.

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks in May and found it to be very clean. Everything, but really everything, that the housewife needed is available. The garden with the many birds is unique. There was an internet outage due to lightning. The owners took care of the damage immediately. We had a wonderful vacation in a good neighborhood. Many thanks to Kiu and Sue and their son.We would love to come back next year.

The property is very well decorated. It had everything you would need. The pool was such a bonus. It was nice to get in at night and to cool off in the day. Also the covered patio was great to get out of the sun when you were not in the pool. We spent a lot of time outside.

Everything was great except for the mattresses could use an update.

I typically do not leave reviews, however we had a great experience with this vacation. My family has vacationed in Bradenton for the last 15 years (kids now, 10 and 7), but stayed at her grandmother's condo until she sold. We booked this property and it had everything we needed for both adults and kids, just as it did at her grandmother's place. Just contact them and they will let you know if they have it or not. Owners were very accommodating in several ways. Commination was excellent, early check in, and an added person the night before our departure. We highly recommend this property. Btw, we did the beach often (20min.), were close to great restaurants, visited local businesses and surrounding towns. We thank you for our stay!

The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was inviting but the weather was too cold. I highly recommend this property!

I needed a rental in this area so I could tend to work on our own rental home. This was perfect for me. I could cook my own meals, spread out after long days of work and enjoy not being in a hotel/motel. The house had everything I needed, Sue answered any of my questions right away. Thank you for having us we will be back.

Our sixth stay: we fell in love with this house and the owners: impeccable property in a safe area and close to all services. The sea is barely ten minutes away. How sad to see the devastation of the last 2 hurricanes but people are working hard to erase the damage. People are very courageous. We are already looking forward to going back.

Perfect little home away from home vacation home! Bed a little too hard for me but other than that, this rental comes with everything you could need and very cute and perfect size for small group!

We have stayed in the house for 9 days and loved the time there. It was quiet and clean and we felt safe. Sue was very helpful with all issues we had. Due to Debbie there was major damage to the pool cage which was a pity because there were some smaller animals and we couldn‘t use the pool area at nighttime.

As new parents this was a perfect home to fit us and our 7 month old. Plenty of space for our baby to play in the living room. The pool was amazing. Great location with everything we needed to have an easy & fun first vacation with our baby.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, nice decorated and the kitchen has everything we need to cook our meals. The kids loved the pool, which was also very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! Place was overall great for a family getaway!
