2 Bedroom, Ocean View

Can’t beat location. We had a wonderful stay, the hosts were excellent. Location was great for a home base, walking distance to food and entertainment in addition to being right on the beach!

My husband, my best friend and I came to San Diego for a week’s stay. We loved this location. The hosts are wonderful and though they stay on the property, they give you your privacy, but are available if you need them for anything. We loved being able to walk the “boardwalk” and see some of the more action packed places towards Belmont, but we were happy that we weren’t in the middle of the partying. There was a bottle of wine and some chocolates waiting for us on arrival. Within a short walk of a great burrito place. Hosts even went out and found us a parking space on Mission Blvd on our arrival. In actuality parking on Mission was never a problem, we just weren’t watching very well as we were trying to find the condo. Would definitely return!

Stayed for 5 days. Fantastic location. Property is not fancy but it's clean and we'll appointed. Kitchen is better stocked than most and we had no problem making most of our meals there during our stay. I've recommended this property to friends and would stay there again

The accommodations were perfect. The hosts were friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay again.

This unit had everything we needed. Better yet, it had everything we wanted - including a great location, an amazing sitting area along the boardwalk and great hosts. We will definitely be back!

The property is perfect for wanting to be on the beach. The large L shaped patio provides direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The unit was exceptionally clean, welcoming gifts of water and other items greatly appreciated. If every short-term rental handled business like this property there would not be any complaints ever! We used many of the extra, the bikes, toys, patio etc. you can just show up and enjoy.

Marta and Ben are superb hosts. Available anytime for anything. Great location, comfy bed, stocked kitchen. You will love it !

Marta and Ben where amazing hosts. The place was extremely clean! You arrive to chocolates, wine, water and everything you need for a great family vacation. We look forward to our next visit there. I would highly recommend your stay here.

We had a great time at Marta and Ben's place. It was a cute old triplex with all the necessary amenities. Also, they had the place well stocked (TP, soap, the works) which is amazing with kids. You're basically on Mission beach with a great view of the water, and perfect walkability to restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again!
