The host was very helpful. Everything was in place, clean, and good location to enjoy Mardi Gras. Great place to rest after 12 parades!

The place was spacious, clean, and had a Giant fenced in backyard perfect for the dog. The house was a 5 min drive from wetland walks and had off-street parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, nice and quiet. Overall the visit to new Orleans was better than i expected.

The property was well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and straightforward. I had the opportunity to communicate with the owner via text, receiving prompt responses. It is noteworthy that there are no televisions in the bedrooms, necessitating the borrowing of devices from a family member. The outdoor spaces were spacious and well-kept, providing an enjoyable environment for my service dogs.

This was the perfect spot for us with a great yard for our 12 year old dog Bella who travels with us. Michael responded timely with our questions. Check in and check out directions were clear and easy to follow. This is a gorgeous property and close New Orleans and the River Road Plantations. Definitely a repeat visit.

Although the home is a nice home the appliances need updating. The dishwasher is old and door is rusted and therefore sounds like a freight train which wakes sleeping people. The coffee maker was very dirty. The house has been partitioned off to accommodate two rentals at the same time. This would be okay except the only thing separating the two units is a locked interior door. You can hear the other tenants and it sounds like they are in the house last, extra blankets should be supplied.

Nice neighborhood close to shopping and fast food restaurants. About a 3 plus mile drive to French Quarter.

Everything was as expected from the listing. The renovations were very nice . They need to work on the electrical system in the house. It was flickering on a couple times. Also, the microwave didn’t work. Other than that, the place was fine.

Our stay was great! Group of family and friend ends coming together from different places. House was clean, great location, restaurants recommendations were great. The host was amazing.

House was very clean! quiet neighborhood. Exactly what we were looking for.

Michael was an excellent host! Four ladies stayed in the two bedroom house and a cottage behind the house. Both places are very nice and accomodating. The backyard is big and fenced in. Pets are welcome (although we didn't have any on this trip). Towels and sheets were clean and comfy. TVs were very nice and free wifi was offered. Basic necessities such as soap, dishwasher soap, towels, etc. were provided. Parking is abundant on the side and in the front. The neighborhood is quiet. In the area, there are many restaurants and Walmart is approximately 2 miles down the road. We ate at Secret Thai and Rocky and Carlos. Both places were excellent and provide lots and lots of food - go hungry!!Overall, a great experience!

The property was njce enough. The microwave did not work, the TP was as cheap as it gets, and there was no laundry detergent either.I would probably stay here again at the price point but would have liked to know about the above.

Nice quiet neighborhood, only a 15min drive to the French Quarter. The manager communicated early and had everything laid out when we arrived.

We had a great stay. House is in a central location so easy to get to most attractions. Clean and host was very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. The king bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and the fenced yard for our little dog. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was nice and we felt completely safe. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

We had a short but nice stay. Michael was a great host! He was so easy to communicate with and gave us all kinds of tips on things to do and good restaurant to try. His place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very clean and just as described!!

Location is okay. Understood near French Quarter but about 25 min away. Got there and we heard a dog barking in the house in a back room, door locked. Turns out that's another single room type rental separated by a regular room door. Lesson learned read the whole description, but pets allowed means you may have barking dogs (along with tv and voices and I'm sure they heard ours) inside the other room. Shared backyard. Bring your own Coffee!! Glad I asked because there was nothing but a few spices in the kitchen and utensils. There's a pot coffee maker which we didn't use since I knew to bring a small Kuerig and kcups, but if you're flying in you'll need to stop at a store.if you want a morning cup. Otherwise comfortable house. .

Quiet neighborhood clean house perfect setup for the family came w my mom my two daughters and my granddaughter and we were all safe well situated and felt at home peacefully. Will definitely be staying again in the future
