Everything is brand new. All cabins, pool, toys for kids, things for adults to do around lake. literally everything is new within the cabin and out. Clean,user friendly, beautiful. This place is a gem.

Beautiful quiet property on a part of the Peconic. Clean and recently renovated. Easy access to kayaks, canoes and bicycles. Easy access to local beaches, fishing and restaurants. Would go again!

We had the most amazing trip—it exceeded all of our expectations! The cottage was perfectly located right by the bay and had everything we could possibly need. There were steps leading straight to the water, a beautiful pool kept at the perfect temperature, a fire pit, volleyball net, hammock, and all the necessities for a relaxing and fun stay.The cottage itself was spotless and well-equipped. Brian was a fantastic host—very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back for our next visit. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience!

Quiet, clean, great location, matched description and photos. Good instructions and everything in good workong order. Very easy to check in and out. Pool and all the decking look new and really well built.

Amazing cottage in amazing location. Everything was as advertised in fact it’s prettier than the pictures. Brian is very attentive and available. Quiet and peaceful. Close enough to the town and beaches but far enough for privacy. Highly recommend.

Family of four (two kids ages 9 and 11). Perfect getaway. Quiet and peaceful. Pool was beautifully done and views from the private dock were amazing. Water/dryer, canoes and paddle board, Ping Ping table, volleyball - everything accessible and convenient. Owners Brian and Terry were lively and even provided fireworks for the 4th of July for us. Highly recommend.
