Trapper's Landing 39 is a lovingly cared for two-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a sleeping den and a private hot tub. The living room features a fireplace with gorgeous surrounding brick work, a large flat screen TV, and the lamps feature amber light bulbs for luxurious ambiance. Just off of the living room is a private balcony with a wonderful patio set, perfect for a sunny summer day! There is a gas barbeque on the private balcony, and a charcoal barbeque on the lower patio by the hot tub.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
