Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.



HOUSE RULES:

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Fees may apply.

- Fireworks are not allowed.

- Parties or events are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.

- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.

- There is a security camera present at the front door for security. Please do not tamper with it.

- There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask you to bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. You can check for burn bans on the Texas A&M Forest Service website.

- For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask you to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.

- Please place all trash in the designated trash bins/cans.

- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.

- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.

- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.

- There are a lot of antiques on the property. Please enjoy them, but understand these items are precious to us. If items are damaged, the guest will be liable for these damages.



HVAC Rules:

Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.



As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.

    Easy check-in, great communication. Bathrooms and kitchen renovated. Location near highway a bit noisy at night but we had white noise apps on phone .

    We decided to VRBO instead of obtaining two separate hotel rooms for our family of four. We are more than pleased that we did. Charming Cherrywood Bungalow offered us a most more comfortable environment that all of us enjoyed.While freeway noise might be bothersome for light sleepers, the supplied white noise generators may help. As for myself, I slept like a baby!
