Casa Serena is a lovely luxury townhome very close (0.3 miles) to the Tea House on Canyon Road. Canyon Road is in the historic district of Santa Fe with many fine restaurants, art galleries and shops. The home opens to the light filled open-concept living/dining/kitchen with saltillo tile floors throughout. The living room is designed for comfortable entertaining or relaxing, and the dining room comfortably seats four to six people. The home has a wood-burning Kiva Fireplace. The immaculate kitchen is tastefully appointed with high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The master suite features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a trundle bed that may be open to sleep two. The guest bathroom has a tub & shower combo. Both bathrooms exhibit the same level of tasteful finishes found throughout the house. There is laundry facility in the townhome with a full size washer and dryer. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely outdoor covered patio, with a gas barbecue. The views from the patio feature the Jemez Mountains in the distance and the fabulous Santa Fe sunsets. The outdoor fireplace is wood burning and may be used although we do not provide firewood for either fireplace as it is readily available at the grocery stores. The home also has a separate office work area for remote work; Xfinity Wifi and Comcast TV including streaming services.

A dog is permitted upon request! Sorry but no cats!

    Amazing location. The sunset views and deer coming right up to the patio (that includes a separate fireplace!). Only 1.1 miles to the Plaza. Nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies.

    Lovely rental close to Canyon Road with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated, wonderful community information booklet, and too many great books to read on the patio for one week. Definitely will return!

    The townhome is located convenient to Santa Fe's historic and arts districts. It's quiet and well equipped, as neighboring townhouses are mostly vacant. The patio is very usable, as almost always in the shade, and it has a nice view over a green space with distant vistas of the Jemez Mountains on the opposite side of the Rio Grande Valley. The home is perfect for two or three guests, but the second bedroom has only a trundle bed to accommodate a fourth visitor. For those who need to use their vacation time also for work: There is an office nook that can be closed off from the rest of the accommodation with pocket doors. You should arrive with a car no bigger than a compact SUV, preferable with retractable outside mirrors, or the garage in which the vehicle will have to be parked is too small and narrow: No parking in the driveway is permitted, but a 6-spaces commons parking lot is available for larger vehicles near the entry of the complex.

    Excellent property on all levels. Excellent location and the view from the back patio is amazing. I will rent this property again, and stay longer. Minor improvement would include towel racks in the bathroom, hooks on the door for hanging robes, and a full length mirror. A new coffee machine would be nice.Other than that, it’s perfect.

    Close to town but very peaceful with scenic views, the house is full of folk art and had every thing we needed. Overall, a great place to stay.

    My husband, small dog and I stayed for 6 weeks. We got to see the leave change and a huge snow fall that melted off in a few days. This location was simply perfect, right in the middle of everything but still very quiet. The condo had everything you would need and was super comfortable.
