Beautiful emaculate house in a very quiet neighborhood near lake Placid . This was the most pleasant, comfortable stay ( away from home), that I can recall. Very nice , quiet and clean.

Everything was perfect and the host was easy to contact and responsive. The property is a great value and in a great location. The property was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

My crew was very comfortable in this house. We were in town for a work trip and mainly needed a comfortable place to stay. The house had everything we needed and the host communicated clearly. Thank you for our stay.

The host was very welcoming. We loved the house. Very clean. The kitchen had lots of what we needed to cook meals every day. We used the cards, read the books and enjoyed the back porch and yard. The neighborhood was nice. We enjoyed the Dollar General being close by. Thank you.

The house is very nice and well put together. We will definitely be trying to book again.

We were able to access the house easily. Only note would be that we arrived in the dark and there were no lights on. We were able to use flashlights to gain access. Very clean and well presented upon arrival.

We appreciated the layout, cleanliness, small touches, and easy transactions of this property. If we come back to Lake Placid, we will be pleased to stay here again. Communication with the host was prompt and always satisfactory. The kitchen had everything we needed for prepping a few meals and we appreciated having the option of the blowup mattress and comfortable futon.

House is clean and comfortable, well appointed. The only problem we had was the internet going down repeatedly throughout our stay. I can’t say if it’s the ISP or the router, and only add it to make the host aware. It was a great stay and we highly recommend it.

Property was very well kept, very clean and so tastefully decorated.Just what we needed, last minute for 3 extra guests to stay.

For anyone needing to stay in Lake Placid, FL this is a solid choice. Simple two bedroom/two bath and the cost matches a hotel stay but better because you get more space with a living room/kitchen, etc. The owner keeps the property very clean and secure and gives an auto lock code for easy access. He is very responsive to questions also so this is our new go to place to stay to visit our family in Lake Placid.
