2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Duplex Located In Central Austin

Was an okay stay!

We stayed here for a month while in Austin. Sunny was a great host, very friendly and responsive! He worked quickly to resolve any issues we encountered. The duplex itself included all of the basic necessities for a comfortable stay! It was also nice to have a fenced back yard for our dog!

Sunny’s place was perfect for us to spend the holidays with our son. The open floor plan was just right for us to spend time together. The patio got the afternoon sun so was great to enjoy the warm sunny Austin weather. Sunny was very receptive to any requests. Convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We look forward to our next visit-hope Sunny’s place is available!

We had a situation come up and Sunny was very accommodating. Plenty of things to do close by and a quick drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Staying at Mr. Sunny’s house for the summer while our new house got completed was amazing. Cute neighborhood, close to everything, and friendly neighbors! Was a lovely home away from home!

I'm really enjoyed the stay in this house and neighborhood. House is clean, cozy, there are all necessary amenities. It's situated not far from 183 road, so it's easy to get to Domain, Downtown, etc. Sunny is very friendly owner, he takes care about the comfort of his guests. Overall it was good experience. Sunny was prompt in answering phone which helped. Would recommend staying at this vacation rental.

We came down for the F1 race at Circuit of the Americas. We couldn't find a better deal as far as price vs. space. The house is located on the eastern side of town in a quiet neighborhood and was about 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to be. Sunny was very personable and was very prompt in showing up to let us in the house and give us a tour despite the fact that we were not able to give him an exact time of when we would be arriving. The house was very clean and perfect for anyone who just needs a decent place to crash at night. He even provided a full fridge of water and soda which was clutch. The internet was decent as well, which turned out to be great for us since Hurricane Patricia nearly rained out the entire weekend. Sunny was literally the only ray of sunshine in the entire state of Texas for the 3 days we were there.

My friends went for ACL and we decided till the last minute to find a place. Everything was either very expensive or very far away. That was until we found this place! The rate was good and it was pretty close to everything that we needed! The owner was really awesome! He left us drinks in the fridge like water and sodas and it really came in handy. The place is clean, and has a really old time classic feel. It was stocked with all of our needs! Definitely going to rent this place out again.
