Stayed Oct 16, 2024This is a cute home in a quiet neighborhood. We attended a concert at the Coliseum and felt very safe walking to and from the venue. We would definitely stay in this home, again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026The host is not responsive. The beds were unmade when we arrived at 8:30pm. The house had not been cleaned. The host never responded so we had to get a hotel room. The host not refunded my money yet since we never stayed because it was not cleaned. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025The location and property was perfect for a concert at First Horizon. We were able to walk back before most were able to leave their parking spot and avoided the parking fee! Stameys barbecue up the street was great and we had a nice visit to the water park. Beds were made and clean and had plenty of towels and even snacks!

Stayed May 2, 2025We had a several day swim meet at GAC and rented this house to have a convenient place to go back and forth between sessions. Property was great! Really comfortable, great amenities, clean and cozy. We had one adult and two teens and it was perfect for us.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Home was very clean. Beds and couch were comfortable. Great location to explore the area. Would stay again!! It is a duplex but we never heard the neighbors. Owner was responsive to questions. Overall loved our stay.
