Great place and great location! My wife and I stayed here with my parents. The unit is across the street from the pool/hot tub, in a gated community, and a short distance from walking/biking paths. It is also a short drive to Snow Canyon and downtown St George. We loved it and plan to stay here again on future trips to the St George area.

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and very well set up. We felt secure. It was really nice to have use of the garage since we had our bikes. The pool was steps away, beautiful, clean and warm. The only negative for us was the traffic noise outside. Not a problem inside.

Clean, fully equipped kitchen, responsive owner, great pool and hot tub. Close to town and recreation. Great two week stay.

Tasteful decor. Cute, quiet neighborhood with very few homes, although some may not enjoy the traffic from the road that runs nearby. We had no problem with it. Flexible host that allowed a larger dog, which we greatly appreciated. Very clean house and well stocked with amenities. Definitely would stay there again as we very much enjoyed our stay. Gas fireplace was also great on the cooler nights.

Wonderful place to call home when in St George

My wife and I came down from Vegas for our granddaughter's first birthday in St George. This place was amazing, inside and out. It had everything we needed and the location was great. No issues what so ever, very peaceful and relaxing area. The house is great and in a great location. We will be back for sure!

This is the third July 4th we've spent at this property and it is consistently excellent. Great home, great owner, great location. Would be great any time of the year!

We recently noticed a cockroach issue during our stay, which was unfortunate to experience in such a beautiful space. We absolutely love your place and understand that, as a homeowner, these things can occasionally happen. This won’t affect our desire to return to Lava Falls in the future—we just wanted to make you aware of the situation.

Layout of the house was great - very clean - nice artwork - great furniture - loved the kitchen layout - BBQ cooking tools a bit sparse - not a single set of ‘tongs’ in the kitchen - ice freezer had issues - outside patio areas were really unusable due to the traffic noise - loved the shower. Pool area was clean and inviting. All in all, we had a fantastic time. Loved the place!!! We hope to revisit next year.

The accomodation layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The vibe is very comfortable and relaxing. The location is great for access to grocery, coffee shops, Kayenta & Snow canyon. Having a garage is big plus.

We spent four nice days in this well kept home, all the amenities, well located about 15 minutes NW or St. George. Can recommend with no hesitation.

This was a great ending point for our trip to southern Utah. Easy access to Snow Canyon, groceries, restaurants. Really easy to find and access. Pool and hot tub right across the street. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a long weekend at the property around the end of March. Leaving the cold of SLC behind, this property was perfect: a quiet, gated neighborhood; the shortest possible walking distance to the pool; and everything one would need to feel at home, whether you chose to go out for dinner or cook it yourself. We loved the open feel of the whole property, the air flow (love a ceiling fan), and I loved being able to ride my bike right out the front door and up into Snow Canyon and beyond. Being able to bring our frenchie made this the easiest decision as well, and we can't wait to come back for future reprieve from the northern Utah spring snow.

The home was nice and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed for our visit. The location was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit in the surrounding area. The property manager was very responsive to our questions/needs/requests.

It’s located close to a Main Street so you get traffic noise but other than that it’s a charming place.

We just finished a two week stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was clean and the community pool/hot tub was well maintained. Great location- close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, walking/biking trails and beautiful Snow Canyon SP. There was a bit of road noise, but certainly not too much to disturb sleep. The only negative is the kitchen cookware ( pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.) is in rough shape and needs replacing. We would highly recommend this unit and plan to return.

Great stay overall. Property was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Wifi worked well, plenty of garage space and comfortable beds and clean / plenty of towels etc.Some creature comforts (I.e. no freeze dried coffee) would be appreciated but did not detract from the stayWould definitely stay again when in the area.

The location was perfect for us, close to a great grocery (Harmon’s) and proximity to Snow Canyon where we hiked every day. We discovered a little Mexican restaurant, Irmita’s Casita, which we loved for its real Mex cuisine, decor, and friendly service. The house kitchen was outfitted well and the only comment I would make is that they should replace all the plastic utensils with metal, given the news about microplastics leaching off when exposed to heat. Overall the house was very comfortable.

We scheduled our stay online to come down to St George to see Jersey Boys @ Tuacahn. The condo/home was a great location and the accommodations were wonderful. We found the place clean and orderly and very comfortable for two old couples. We enjoyed the pool on one afternoon and had it to ourselves! We will certainly come again if we can beat others to this great get away location.
