2 Bed 1 Bath Home w/2 Car Garage & Fenced Yard

This house is so cute. The appliances are nice, incmuding the washer and dryer. In addition, the owner is really great. They answered any communication I sent very quickly. I also needed to extend my stay and they were very flexible to help me. I highly recommend this little house.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay! Was centrally located to the places we needed to visit while in town.

Nice place for our quick trip out of town

This home was super clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We were in town for a youth tournament and chose this over a hotel so we could bring our dog. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus! We loved the Keurig and provided K cups. It was the perfect size for two adults, one teen, and our dog. The host was pretty honest about the highway noise in the listing. I just want to reiterate that though and highlight that it's pretty loud. It didn't seem too noticable when the TV was on, but it was definitely noticeable in the middle of the night, especially semis. I would highly suggest bringing a fan or some other kind of white noise. And know that you can't utilize outside space without pretty significant noise. You are quite literally on the side of the highway.

This house is hideous. It’s literally 30 feet from a 6 lane highway with semis and emergency vehicles going by incessantly. It is poorly maintained; the front door lock, bedroom ceiling fans and toilet were broken for starters. There was no garage door opener so no garage parking. They have motion sensor security lights everywhere that go off at the least provocation (opossum in the street was one) & light up the interior of the house, including the bedrooms, off & on all night. The dishes & microwave were dirty as well. Both people I had contact info for were barely responsive and offered no recourse or remedy. I ended up cutting my visit shortfue to lack of sleep. I took a video of the freeway from the kitchen window and a recording of the noise at 1AM but cannot load them here.

Perfect place that we rented while we closing on our new house. We moved cities and needed somewhere fast that would accept our dogs. Perfect spot near a highway

This was a nice stay. It was a little noisy so close to the highway but that’s ok, and the little fenced in yard was perfect for my pup.

Not pet friendly and way too loud due to being next to interstate

We were here for a dog event. House was perfect for us. Fenced yard. The grass was a little rough. It is next to the highway so it is loud, Not bad inside. I feel the house had everything that was needed for us. My dogs loved it. but not insidethe house.

Wonderful little place to hang for hat. It was perfect for the couple weeks we needed it while visiting family. Road noise at night was a little loud if your not used to city/ freeway noises. Overall visit was comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Nice place and clean, had everything we needed.

We booked this stay for one primary reason. It had a fenced yard that we prefer for our dog. When we arrived, we found that the fence had been crushed and bent down apparently by a tree fell during a storm. We also noted that the back yard itself was in very poor condition with animal holes, weeds and heavy insect presence - the back yard was essentially not usable. We also found that the pet throw on the couch was matted with hair, dog or whatever, and food crumbs - it was disgusting. We had to wash the two pet throws for them to be usable. I understand that storm damage is unavoidable and it takes time to repair. We feel that we should have been notified of the fence that was our primary reason for staying at the property. We contacted the management company and they were very apologetic and agreed that we should have been notified so we could make an informed choice about staying there. They are issuing a partial refund The rest of the house was recently remodeled and functional. It was clean and we had no real complaints. Note that the house is adjacent to an interstate highway and is quite noisy which is disclosed in the writeup. It is better late at night but still quite there.
