1st Floor Duplex with Lakeviews From Your Own Deck

We stayed in the 2nd floor duplex with our family in Aug 2024. We loved it so much, my husband and I returned to the 1st floor for our 40th anniversary in the fall of 2025. The property is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked in both the bathroom and kitchen. The location is close to everything in town! The lake view is fantastic! The host is very responsive should you need to get in touch.

Absolutely amazing property and super clean!

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. We loved the first floor unit. The unit was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The covered patio was great, especially when it rained one night. The lake views were amazing! We were close to everything and could walk everywhere.

Highly recommend staying at this property! Perfect for 2-4 people and lets you enjoy all the highlights of Lake George Village! Being close to the Steamboat co., Shepards Park, restaurants, grocery stores and all the shopping was a A! House had everything we needed to make our 4 days perfect!! Bonus- seeing the fireworks!!

This is a clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained property with everything you need for your stay. We had a terrific mini-vacation and very much enjoyed watching the fireworks over Lake George on Thursday evening from the house. We highly recommend this property.

I love Lake George and being so close to the lake itself. I have never used VRBO before but would recommend it. I usually stay in a hotel but wanted to try something different. Only draw back was the noisy upstairs group that was staying there.

Pictures of the view don't do it justice. Great location hidden right off the main street. Overall quiet during the day, however bands/music can be heard from the bars until 10pm. View was gorgeous, amazing, from the deck/patio area right off the living room. Enjoyed morning coffee, grilling, and dinner outside with that view. Great place to stay

We were in Lake George for the wine festival. This place was in the perfect location for us to walk to all our destinations. Close to food and lake activities. Very pleasant, clean rental.

My girlfriends and I came to Lake George to celebrate one of our birthdays and just had the best time! Our stay was great, the house was perfectly accommodating for us and the location and views could not be better. Being able to just walk down the hill and get on the dock at the boardwalk to have a few drinks or a bite to eat was priceless! Oh, and we had a perfect view of the fireworks from the dinner cruise right at the house on the porch!! The process of checking in and checking out was easy and Terry was super attentive when we had questions! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay we hope to make this an annual trip!

Stayed at the duplex, and happen to not have another family above us. Super close to the beach for our 2 year old and all downtown has to offer. Beautiful rental, and Terri was excellent with communication! Appreciate

This property was a beautiful house with a wonderful view off the front porch. We had everything we needed. A full kitchen, a grill on the front porch. We enjoyed our stay and had a great relaxing experience. We had a wonderful time!

Great place and location

We loved our stay in this clean, comfortable home that was the best location. There is no need for a car as you can walk everywhere.

We had a great time. Sherman park and music nearby. You can walk to beach, parasailing and boat rental, and restaurants. The view of the lake is beautiful from the porch. Both bedrooms were good with nice beds. The kitchen and living room are also super.

Our stay was perfect. The first floor was beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the lake. Loved staying in town.

We could not have asked for a better location for our stay in Lake George! Loved listening to the live music and watching the fireworks from the porch. Terri was very quick to respond when I did have question. Unit was updated and very clean. Would definitely stay again if we are back at Lake George.

Absolutely loved this property. The interior was brand new, clean and spacious. Two minute walk to the beach and one minute walk to ice cream and pizza and the best Breakfast Spot in Lake George. Gorgeous lakefront views. You can hear live music from neighboring restaurants that got me in the mood to join in!

Great place for a small family. Home is very clean and the location is amazing. Walking distance to everything and windows keep all the noise out. Property manager was great and easily accessible. Overall a great place to stay, can’t wait to return.

We had a great weekend at Terri’s house. The location is amazing, right on the water with beautiful view of the Lake from the deck. The house is very clean and updated. Everything is in walking distance. We would love to return one day!
