Great home for getaway! Clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment.

This house is lovely with all the necessities. The hosts were attentive without being intrusive and were very responsive to any questions. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and very much enjoyed it.

We loved our time at the property! Cozy and comfortable. The host went out of their way to meet our needs.

We were disappointed in the poor maintenance of the home and a few key details left out of the home report instructions that led to further inconvenience.- Back of the remote plate missing (minor but i felt obligated to report as it was not noted)- soundbar remote from main living room was missing- the instructions provided to me clearly stated youtube TV was provided and logged in to the TV's. This was not the case when we arrived and trying to log in with secondary verification was impossible with provided credentials, also time consuming when i wanted to spend time with my family- The grill would not turn on. I BBQ frequently and have the same weber grill at home. I followed the instructions and contacted the customer service team for troubleshooting and nothing was successful. The owner of the company called me about an hour later and identified key instructions for turning grill on are not a part of the check in manual. This led to an hour delay in dinner and the young kids were not happy. Not the end of the world but i spent an hour working on this grill when i could have spent this time with my family (I Live on the east coast).- Upstairs fan remote was missing- Ice maker was not working in the fridge and the fridge had an active leak- The heater in the game room went outAlmost all of this occurred upon arrival and I feel with better maintenance some of these issues could have been avoided. The customer service team was quick to respond and very kind, although they did not provide any immediate solutions to our problems. Derek, the company owner was kind enough to drop off two bags of ice the following morning.

The house was very well stocked with all the amenities that you may need. Check in was very smooth with easy directions. We needed to contact the host the first night and they were very helpful with fantastic response time. Would defiantly stay there again.

Excellent property for large groups with pets. Kitchen is well-appointed with large eating areas for our family. The outdoor patio is spacious and private.

The house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect size for our large family so we could all stay together for the wedding. The views were spectacular, as was the wildlife. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Cle Elum!

We had a great time at this home. Large enough to accommodate multiple adults while we prepared for a wedding. Game room was a big hit and when the evening got cooler we relaxed around fire pit. I look forward to coming back.

We were able to fit 4 generations of family in one home and it had everything we needed to just hang out together, cook, play games, play at the nearby parks and visit the beach.

Our family of 11 stayed at this property, Basecamp. We were attending a wedding at Suncadia and needed a place for 6 adults and 5 children. This place exceeded all expectations! The house was large and perfect. It was so well stocked with everything we could think of. The location was perfect. We can't wait to stay here again.

At first, it felt like a lot of rules and things to do during checkout, also a lot of texts and emails from the company- but we left so happy. The place was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Kitchen stocked with all the cooking supplies you need + more, bedrooms comfortable and cozy. We loved having the hot tub and fire pit outside. Suncadia was nice and quiet- Cle Elum lake was a short drive away. We had 4 families with 3 kids each stay here and we all had our own space and were so comfortable. We had the best trip. Kids loved it and so did us parents!
