Very clean home, comfortable and cozy. It is as other guests said - very very quiet. Super easy to get to, wonderful views outside the windows. Beds are comfortable, water pressure and instant hot water in the showers is absolutely outstanding. Little light on clothes hangers, but if you hunt through the rooms you can find enough.Variety of games was a plus, you had to run the heater for a while for the garage to get warm but that’s expected for middle of winter.Kitchen is stocked with basic needs, we had no limitation prepping our meals.Outside of 1 bowl, it doesn’t have serving bowls and large serving platers: we managed but for a large party this is something to keep in mind. We’ve stayed at various large luxury homes at Suncadia and seabrook, this one is the one I would return to. Lovely home.

This house was very comfortable and perfect for our large group. Kids enjoyed the bunk room and game room. Plenty of space to both spread out and enjoy each other's company, or also find a quiet corner as needed. Would stay again.

We had a a lot of fun talking with the golfers and watching them play. We stayed at the property the entire time as we loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen. We did enjoy watching football on the large screen. The family had a great time, because we believe being with each other is the best life can offer. Plus the accommodations were perfect for our group.

House was beautiful with lots of beds, bathrooms, and cooking utensils/items. It was nice to stay in a place that supplied lots of laundry and dishwasher pods. I was able to keep everything clean and even had all the towels washed for them when we left. Working with a property manager in the beginning was a major pain. I will make sure to check next house I rent so I just deal with the owners, as that has always worked well.

The house was beautiful - beds are comfy, house is stocked and clean. However it was lacking in the kitchen slightly - it’s a big house but very little serving bowls or mixing bowls for making large meals. I wouldn’t recommend for school ages kids because there is no pool access and you can’t get day passes. Suncadia should really change its policy and give out more passes to vacation rentals.

Very close to both Nelson Farm and The Lodge and Inn, even though it's on a quiet neighborhood street. Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome with some lights already turned on for us, the TV set to low music for ambience. Five total bedrooms (4 of them with king-sized beds), each with its own en suite bathroom, which made it perfect for our group. Gourmet kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook a large meal, and it never felt crowded with 3 cooks moving about. Plenty of seating throughout the house for a large gathering, indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the golf course and forest view from the patio, and made s'mores at the fire table. Huge 8-person hot tub and garage game rooms were also nice amenities. There was so much space for all of us to gather and have fun together, but it was also cozy and nice to retreat to our individual bedroom sanctuaries at the end of the day. There were a lot of thoughtful, hospitable touches throughout the house, including tasteful and well-appointed decor and furnishings. The house is light and bright, and very comfortable. The responsive and professional communications from the property management team was also top-notch in terms of customer service. We truly enjoyed our time here, and I give major props to the rental team who made us feel very welcome and well taken care of during our stay!

House was as described and pictured. Lots of thoughtful little things provided (kids dishware, hi-chair, blankets etc.). Great house for a family or couple of different groups. Will stay again.

Property was great. Back patio was a mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all summer. Gunk in all the cracks of the concrete. It needs a good hosing down. Tried to sweep. Didn't help much. House was great. Told you we needed kitchen towels and wash cloths. It took over 24 hours to get those.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained and appointed. Out family had a wonderful time for my 70th birthday. We would not hesitate spending time together at the house again.

Our family reunion (13 people) had plenty of space in the beautiful house on the 13th hole of the Prospector golf course. The beds are very comfortable (on the firm side) and the A/C works wonderfully (it was in the 90s/100s while we were in Suncadia.) My 84 year old father loved watching the golfers and the adults loved having a bit of yard for corn hole and ladder golf (provided.) The teens loved the bunk room and game room. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware which is good because even the express setting of the dishwasher takes just over 2 hours. Well-stocked house and great communication with the property manager. They even serviced the hot tub and picked up garbage mid-week (routine maintenance I guess) so it was a relaxing vacation free from worries!
