We loved the house, it was perfect size for our group of 5, and had great amenities; including roof top deck and pool table. Location is amazing. 2 minute walk to coffee shops, and the boardwalk/beach. House was clean, communication with host was fantastic. If we're back in Santa Monica, we're definitely staying there!

Very spacious! We wanted to stay on the beach because we have 2 young kids and didn’t want to have to deal with car seats and parking all to rush home for nap. This location was perfect. 3 min walk to the beach. 60 seconds to Main Street for some delicious restaurants and gelato! 2 spacious rooftop decks, balconies, so much room you could get lost. Way too big for our little family. They had beach toys for us to use, bikes, chairs, beach towels, garage to park in or free street parking. Our truck wouldn’t fit in the garage so we street parked and were always able to get very close to the property. Owner and manager were very nice and I am confident if we had come across any issues that they would have dealt with it in a timely manner. 15 min walk to the pier. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer. Almost forgot about the community garden across the street! So fun to stroll past. Huge butterflies. Stay here.

Flawless experience from booking through departing. Great house in a great location.

The house is comfortable, well stocked and very well located. There is a bit of street noise on the side of the house that faces a busy road, but it wasn’t a big issue. Walking distance not only to the beach but to many shops and restaurants on Main St!

This house is spacious with a really fun configuration and the beach is only a short walk away. One of the rooftop patios has a clear view of the ocean. Olga was an amazing host. She checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. There are also some great restaurants and coffee shops close by. We can't recommend this place enough.

Family reunion - we enjoyed the house as a perfect home base for a variety of activities on the beach, Venice and Santa Monica. Olga and the house ownership team were responsive and helpful ! All good.

Great stay from start to finish. Nice family room and rooftop areas. Garage parking for 2 vehicles. Responsive hosts. Love to stay here again.
