The Space:

The Big Texan Steak Ranch and the Route 66 historic district are an easy drive when you want a classic Amarillo evening. The Amarillo Botanical Gardens, Wonderland Park, and Palo Duro Canyon State Park are all within range for a day trip. The location is good for guests who want to be close to events at Hodgetown or the Civic Center.



Getting Around:

Amarillo is a driving city, even when you are downtown. A personal vehicle or rental car is the easiest way to get around. The unit is a short drive to I-40 east and west and to I-27 south. Amarillo International Airport (AMA) is a short drive across town. Uber and Lyft both operate locally if you prefer not to drive at night.



Other Things to Note:

Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are in place. Fire extinguisher is on site. No smoking inside the unit. No parties. No pets without prior approval. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. Long term stays are welcome, so message us with your dates if you are looking at a longer block.
