1BR Redondo Home by Just Bring Your Toothbrush

One contact (Jim) was warm. Other contacts were like an angry landlord; do a deep clean and fix all the scuff marks/ dents/ marks, add a lawn chair, put some charm into place? It has lots of potential but turned out sort of depressing for remote live/work for 8 days. Clean up salvage materials in backyard, furniture is sort of odd and uncomfortable.

The exterior of the building was in need of maintenance. The inside was clean. The kitchen was updated. Overall the faculty was adequate but sparce. There wasnt much flatware, no wine opener and the can opener didn't work. The light in the laundry didnt work. After maintenance looked at it, it still didn't work.

This unit was clean and well located. We would not hesitate to come back.

Everything was sufficient. If I could make a suggestion, please add a full length mirror. We went to a wedding and were not able to see ourselves. Also, we only had one bath towel each for a week, and no way to wash it or dry it.

This was an alright stay overall. The house was pretty small, which was fine for us. The bedroom had no AC, which was also ok at this time of year (Sept) but wouldve probably been rough in the summer. The only bathroom is inside the bedroom which I don't love. But again, all bearable. The location is amazing, near lots of great food and very close to the beach. Still, I gave this 3 stars because of noise and cleanliness. The house is super close to other houses so you expect some noise but the back neighbors were pretty loud at multiple times during the day, including night and morning. Something to know if noise sensitive. Also the stove looked pretty gross and had crumbs on it so we knew not to use that and it just wasn't a pristine feeling. It was a fairly cheap stay so you get what you pay for but still-not sure id stay there again.

Great communication with host! Wonderful little home in a wonderful neighborhood close to the shops and pier.

Affordable house conveniently located in Redondo. Comfortable for a party of two. Also, dog friendly for a modest additional price.

The property was a couple of blocks from where my Grandparents lived in the 40's until the 70's.

Great location, great communication, the whole process was smooth and easy. The property was exactly as presented on line.

This cute little house in the heart of Redondo Beach on a residential street has charm and comfort, perfect for two people and a full size kitchen for those who love to cook.We walked daily in the neighborhood, down to the beach , and to The Strand and Hermosa Beach where restaurants are plentiful. Traveling by car was easy too, with the PCH very close by. A grocery store and dog park are also within walking distance. Having a laundry room also added convenience to our extended stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Redondo Beach house. Everything was as the listing described, great area for walking, nice quiet street, and the communication was great from the host.
