Host responsive. Place clean and in quiet neighborhood against the mountain.

Good place and location for what we needed. Outrageous cleaning fee making the total bill deceptively high. Very dishonest.

This is our 2nd visit & we looked forward to our stay. Upon arriving, we emptied the car and used the bathroom, only to find no toilet paper and no bathroom soap. We ran to the local store, picked up tp. Msgs owner with a promise to have some delivered asap. An hour or so later, owner dropped it off. TV & internet was extremely slow. In fact TV was non-existent. It would come on for 10 seconds and black out for 3-5 minutes . It was frustrating. It is extremely clean & convenient location.

Property was easily accessible but also separated and private. Everything provided was even better than expected. Great deal and highly recommended. Would stay here again!

Very modern & clean. Just the cutest little place. Conveniently located near I-17. Owner is nearby and he is very quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern backyard Casita in revitalized neighborhood. We would stay again, as it was good sized fenced rock yard for our dog. However, expectations weren't met. No check-in instructions or info provided so had to ask host how to get in. Street parking on cul-de-sac. Walk through main house side yard to get to gate back to Casita. Security light over gate didn't work so figuring out the lockbox in the dark was a challenge. Photos showed patio furniture set and fire pit that were not there. Since there isn't a couch or seating other than the kitchen bar stool, we had planned to use the outdoor seating that wasn't there. Had we known, would have brought some camping chairs. The Casita was comfortable with a large bathroom, good water temp and HVAC and ceiling fans. No Internet info provided so the smart TV wouldn't work. Contacted owner only to receive a response many hours later. Realized much later that there was a 25 ft Ethernet cable that we could use to wrap around and up to tv, which was fine. More accurate photos and descriptions along with check in instructions would have helped me with better expectations.

We loved staying in this cute little spot. It was perfect for us and our dogs. VRBO needs to let the owner update the address because it is NOT on Mission but in a much nicer area.
