The beach house is located literally on the white sands of Treasure Island. So you will be waking up to the sound of waves lapping onto the shore. Be in the center of it all, but with privacy in your own home that has views of the beach & the crystal blue water of the Gulf from the living room, dining room, & kitchen. Not only that, you can walk out the second story to an amazing rooftop patio area with an oversized, colorful picnic table and some beach chairs to enjoy memorizing views all day and night long!

***UNIQUENESS OF THE PROPERTY***
There are very few single family houses on the beach for rent anymore as most were torn down for huge condos and hotels. So are you tired of the sterile condo or hotel experience Then you will appreciate this property. Much care was put into making your stay to be an experience with the 1950s retro vibe. Pictures of old Treasure Island from the 1950s, pale blue kitchen cabinets, retro appliances, original yellow and pink tile in the bathroom, shabby chic furniture, fun wall decor, and neon signs. The moment you step into the property, you will notice this is not a cookie cutter condo, but your own private home for you and your family to make memories that will last a lifetime!

***Potential Construction Nearby***
10-27-2025 a property 2 lots down posted a sign that they will be building a 1,500 sq foot house. So that will inevitably create some noise. We hope that you will be spending most of your day at the beach, taking sunset cruises, fishing, riding jet skis, walking the boardwalk at John's Pass, etc and therefore it will not be a bother. But we can't predict when they will be working, when there will be breaks between subcontractors, or when there will be weather or product delays for their project. We can just share that this is happening on our street and it is quite common from St. Pete to Clearwater due to the number of houses that were damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Helene. So if you think this may ruin your vacation, this may not be the year you visit us. As a side note, our rates are 50% to 75% below our normal rates at this time.

***BEACH ACCESS***
Simply walk out the door and past another house on the property and put your toes in the sand. You will note that we are a VERY PRIVATE part of Treasure Island. There is also a natural play area on the backside of the lot that is secluded from the public part of the beach that you will not find anywhere else on Treasure Island.

***3 BEDROOMS/2 FULL BATHS***
This 1,450 square foot beach house covers two floors. On the lower floor you have a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two full sized beds which can accommodate up to 2 people in each bed. On the upper floor, you have a bathroom and a large open area. The kitchen is open concept with a breakfast bar and you have a separate dining table. The living room has a huge couch and a 65 TV. You also have a bonus area for ladies to do their makeup or it can also serve as a little work desk (but you should not be working!). As you can see from the pictures, everything was recently renovated.

***Amazing Elevated Deck***
This property features a roughly 40x15 second story deck with a picnic table and chairs for you to enjoy breakfast/lunch/or dinner and for you to soak up gorgeous sunsets and views of the Gulf. This is a private area for you and your guests. Since it does sit over top of the other bungalow that is on the property, we do ask that you are respectful to the guests renting the bungalow and not play loud music on it or have kids running on it as the sound will travel through the roof of the bungalow the decks sits over.

***AMENITIES - BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, BEACH TOYS, KAYAK, WASHER/DRYER, FREE INTERNET, PLUS MUCH MORE!***
The property also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, 65 smart flat screen TVs, Spectrum TV & free high speed internet. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided. A washer & dryer are available for your use outside under the stairs unlike the condos which you have to pay $4 per wash & dry your clothes in a dingy common area laundry room. We also include a laundry detergent saving you more money & making your stay more hassle-free! One parking space is included which is standard at most accommodations on the beach. Ask about options if you need a 2nd. We do also include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, Kayak & swim noodles for your enjoyment. Since we provide you items like beach chairs & umbrellas (most other rentals do not include the large umbrellas & beach chairs), you will save the $5 per day, per chair beach chair rental fee or the $15 per day umbrella rental fee charged on the beach! Condos can't offer all these extras as they don't have the storage space for all these extra items.

***LOCATION & LOCAL ACTIVITIES***
You just can't beat the location for convenience either as John's Pass is walkable as it is one block to the Madeira Beach/Treasure Island bridge and you can simply walk over the bridge and be in John's Pass with a 5 to 6 minute walk. It is within walking distance to several fine dining opportunities. Thus, you can easily make do without a car.

Historic John's Pass Village offers a host of entertainment options including; many great beach bar and grills, nightly live music, wine tasting, dolphin tours, jet ski rentals, parasailing, sunset boat tours, alligator petting exhibit, pirate ship cruise, & so much more. Dining options 3 blocks away are also plentiful such as Bubba Gump, The Friendly Fisherman, The Pirate's Den, The Rusty Anchor, Mad Beach Craft Brewing, Gators & more! Don't pass up the opportunity to take a stroll over the Madeira Beach Bridge for some great views!

***PLEASE READ***
We do want to point out that there are two houses on this property. Each house has their own separate spaces for privacy. They simply share the lot. Your two story house has the elevated deck that sits over the roof of the bungalow as its own private area. The bungalow has it's own private porch area off the back of the house. The bungalow uses the beach access on the right side of the lot and your two story house uses the beach access on the left side of the property. Out of respect for our neighbors and to keep the house in good condition, we do not allow large parties, rentals to more than 8 people, pets or smoking in the house. We do ask that you respect the maximum 8 people limit during your stay. If you have more people, you will be asked to vacate & there will be no refund. We mention this as we have had people rent the property that had 8 guests and then they had an extra car load or two of their friends over the entire stay sleeping on the floor, blow-up mattresses & on the outdoor lounge chairs. The house just can't take the wear & tear of more than 8 people so we appreciate if you would respect that when you consider renting.

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our six night stay and cannot wait to return! We stayed with two adults and two children and had more than enough space and supplies (towels, beach chairs, etc) for everyone. We really appreciated that the host supplied enough toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc to cover our entire stay.Beds were comfortable, each bedroom had ample storage for clothes, and each bedroom had a ceiling fan, which was a nice touch. Bob had great communication before and during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. We loved that the beach area that's accessed from the house was quiet yet close to John's Pass and all of the amenities offered there.A couple of stand-out amenities we really appreciated were the removable shower heads for cleaning up kids after the beach, the use of a washer and dryer for staying on top of laundry, and the convenient parking out back. It was also great how well-stocked the back shed was with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc.A couple things we would have liked during our stay were beach towels and wash cloths. I'll also mention that if you can't do stairs well, this may not be the place for you as the spiral staircase space is tight. This, of course, is out of the hosts' hands but worth noting. There is an exterior door upstairs and downstairs, which was nice.Overall, things were wonderful. Beautiful sunsets, the large deck, and the beach access really make this place hard to beat!

    Everything was perfect - exactly what I was hoping for in a beach getaway. Bob provided so much information about the area, where to eat and things to do. He was so friendly and accommodating. It’s a wonderful home on a beautiful property with direct access to the beach. I’m looking forward to coming back!

    We LOVED this house and all the amenities, access, and convenience it offered. The host was very communicative and gave us so many helpful tips during our stay. Being able to walk straight from the back door onto the beach was pure magic, and we enjoyed having access to beach chairs! The house has everything you could possibly need, cute updated features and a quaint old school charm at the same time. We also took several trips over to John’s Pass for pizza, shopping, and dolphin sighting, it was a super short walk. We would love to come here again and hope we can in the future!! 10/10!!

    Location, Location, Location....If you want a rental right on the beach look no farther! What a beautiful ocean view from the deck! This unit walks right onto the beach and you can see fabulous sunsets from the comfort of the home/deck. This rental offers a large deck, spacious living spaces and well stocked kitchen. Great communication before and during our stay from the host. We did not need anything during our stay, but the host was available. 5 Star Host and 5 Star home1
