'CASA DITA' is an enchanting 1930's Adobe Casita in the Heart of Santa Fe! Location is really a plus for us at Casita Dita. You can walk to to the Plaza, Farmers Market/Railyard District and Canyon Road areas. The South Capital area where the casita is located is an established neighborhood with a great mix of architecture, old trees, small streets and residents.Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Kaune’s Neighborhood market are all within walking distance or a short 3 min. drive away.
The little casita has been maintained with loving attention and detail to comfort creating a warm and inviting turn-key experience. Enjoy sitting outside on the stone patio sipping your coffee in the sweet high desert air, or snuggled in front of the fire when winter comes.
For those looking for a respite from the BIG city or exploring the oldest capital city in the USA with all it's unique architecture, food, and culture, Santa Fe offers SO many options! Known for exceptional restaurants , Indian and Spanish markets, Ski Santa Fe Mountain, The World Class Santa Fe Opera and the Canyon Road Christmas Eve walk. All are experiences not to be missed. Considered one of the largest art markets in the country, Santa Fe offers exceptional gallery and museum experience.
* The history of the region is rich in culture and tradition. Day trips are a must. The Northern NM communities ( Taos, Chimayo, Truchas, Penasco, Mora) are a step back in time and very unique. The Native People of the region are still on their ancestral homelands and living in their Pueblos dotted along the Rio Grande. Pretty special.

The casita is lovely and the host is very kind! Having a place to park close to downtown is a huge advantage. It was great being able to walk to the farmers market Saturday morning. I would stay again anytime!

Simply perfect! Wonderful bed, great linens, superb water pressure in shower, cosy kitchen with coffee and toaster, breakfast table in a beautiful sunny window, two perfect armchairs by the fireplace. Fabulous location near Capitol and rail yard- with parking. Everything as described (or better), everything works. Host was so communicative and accessible! We are happy retired couple, stayed in late November, and enjoyed the sweet yard on sunny afternoons!

The casita was an absolutely delightful place to spend my vacation. Easily within walking distance of a lot of things I wanted to see, it was a cozy place to come home to after a day of adventuring. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant home away from home.

I really just needed time away from work and a new view. I visited from Atlanta and couldn't get enough of the beautiful sunsets and clean air. The music at Cowgirls was phenomenal with New Mexico's music hall of fame inductee, Hilary. The museums and shopping and food kept me satiated and I hated to leave. Thank you Robin, for your stellar hospitality and availability. Santa Fe is magical and I look forward to coming back. I think Christmas time would be spectacular with the snowfall.

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet casita. The owner has thought of everyone to make the casita warm and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking most anything. There is a gas grill which we used and enjoyed. We hope to return again soon to lovely Santa Fe and this lovely casita!

This was our first trip to Santa Fe. It definitely won’t be our last and we will stay here for each trip! The location was wonderful and we were able to get anywhere we wanted to go with ease. The front outdoor seating was so relaxing. Robin was so helpful and provided wonderful information about the home and Santa Fe - also wonderful restaurant recommendations.

My wife and I celebrated our 43rd anniversary this month and returned for the 4th time to this wonderful casita that is within walking distance of the Central Plaza in Santa Fe, NM, and it is near many of the finest restaurants and shops in the city. The casita is a wonderful place to relax, read, or work, if you must, and includes a comfortable front patio area. The casita is well outfitted, providing all the necessities for our stay.Robin is a wonderful host who is truly knowledgeable of Santa Fe and has developed a list of places to go and things to experience in the area and is available to offer more suggestions if needed. Thank you, Robin, for another memorable stay!

Casa Dita was the perfect home base for my partner and I to explore SF. It is just a short walk to downtown/the Plaza and an even closer walk to the Railyard district. We enjoyed relaxing with coffee on the patio in the mornings and found the house super comfortable. Robin was an amazing host - super communicative and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Having your own little, Casita is amazing! Your own little place, no walls connected to others. And parking! A full on kitchen even laundry, which I couldn’t figure out, but that’s just user error. Adorable patio with bonus birdfeeder and birdbath for birdwatching.

Upon opening the door, the Casita graced us with a welcoming warmth and vibrancy of color and decor. The ambience made us feel as if we were in our little home away from home. The bed was extremely inviting and comfortable after a day of driving. Our host, Robin was cordial and lovely, making us feel welcome with information about the casita and the town of Santa Fe. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The Casita is centrally located to downtown and the scenic drives and hikes nearby. It was hard to leave this charming abode and the majestic beauty of Santa Fe.

I booked this for my 88 year old uncle who is very active and wanted a place that was walkable to downtown. He walked to breakfast every morning and to all the downtown activities during Indian Market, He walked to Canyon Road and spent the day visiting all the galleries. It was the perfect place in the perfect location. Robin was very communicative about any questions we had. Would definitely book again!

My wife and I spent six weeks at this charming Casita. The location is centrally located to the square in Santa Fe; no more than a fifteen-minute walk. The Railyard and its farmer's market are within walking distance and there are numerous galleries close by as well. The Casita itself has everything for a carefree stay in Santa Fe. Kitchen is small but has everything one would need; food shopping is close as Trader Joes is quick drive away. There is a European style washer/drier, bath with shower, air conditioning, and a comfortable queen size bed. The Casita is well appointed with comfortable chairs, a small dining table, and a comfortable couch. More importantly, the internet is quite good. The historic neighborhood has an eclectic mix of people and everyone was friendly. Our host was wonderful, making the check in process simple, and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and carefree. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Casita and look forward to returning.
