1925 Craftman style home close to downtown Morton

Not a great place if you’re towing a boat. Only 2 boats able to fit in the driveway. No boat parking on street. Parking width not sufficient for a trailer.

Needed somewhere to stay for a graduation at Bradley. Nice house for the 4 of us to stay in for the night.

We had a 4 night stay at this lovely home. Shawn was quick to reply on any questions I had. General information about the house was written out and easy to understand. Kitchen was well stocked and beds and linens were great! We would def stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay!We stayed here while in town for a friend’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — exactly what we needed for a comfortable and stress-free weekend.The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and all the little details made it feel like a home away from home.The location was great and easy to get around town for everything else we needed. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication a breeze.We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area, whether for a celebration or just a getaway!

Lovely home!! Across street from coffee shop, short walk to quaint downtown Morton, very clean, very responsive host. I plan to stay again when I come into town to see family in the future.

Wonderful neighborhood! Very clean. We loved the selection of games and enjoyed the space available for the 4 of us.

Nice place in our daughter's neighborhood for the occasion of our granddaughter's wedding. Especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch.

We were in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for our family of 5. I was initially concerned about only having one bathroom but it ended up working out great! Plenty of hot water! Location was ideal to reach Peoria, East Peoria, and Pekin quickly.

We stayed in a very 1925 cute & spacious craftsman house. Really, it's a duplex but the additional long-term rental unit only seems to share basement/laundry room. We never even saw the upstairs tenant & barely heard her at all. Out of consideration for the upstairs neighbor, the landlord asks that we keep the volume respectful from 10pm- 6am, which was no problem. The neighborhood is very walking-friendly & safe. Lots of folks were out walking their kiddos and/or dogs. Close to groceries & gas. I visit with family & friends based in Metamora, Roanoke, E. Peoria & Delavan and it was a rather convenient location.

We were just in town for a wedding nearby, great space!

This is just a fantastic home. Wonderful Craftsman style and would sleep 6 people comfortably. Location is also great. No street noise and a tasty scone / coffee shop on the corner. Would stay here next time we visit.

Everything was clear and easy. So nice to have coffee provided. All the little things made it hassle free. For example of having salt and pepper available. Plenty of pillows, blankets towels washcloths. Clear instructions. Met our needs perfectly.

The trip was for bereavement and the property was ideally located to other family members. The house has the early 20th Century look and charm with modern kitchen amenities. I would gladly reserve again if I need to return to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’m a big fan of older houses and this one is lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. Shawn was very responsive to all of our messages. We will definitely come back for another stay next time we’re in need of a place in the Peoria area.

We stayed here in September as a family of four and it was great! Loved the location to everything, was very affordable, clean, and communication with the host was clear and concise. We got scones and coffee from across the street and enjoyed them on the front porch. Would recommend!
