1920's Updated Cottage Fronting Siletz Bay with Deck, Firepit, BBQ, and Hot Tub

Hot tub was hot enough but due to the sand from beach it wasn’t 100% clean when we got there. We still enjoyed it! The fire pit was great! And the bbq worked great! Plenty of room for all of us(5) to sleep comfortably and having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus! The yard was pet friendly and we could walk from backyard to beach and have great walks every day with ease! There was equipment to clam dig in the bay which was awesome! Great views! Great vibe all together! Would 100 % book again for another trip and would recommend to anyone wanting to have a place for a getaway to Lincoln city!

The location of the property is the largest asset this this property and the hot tub is an added bonus but the property is dirty, ran down, and has very little basics there to make the trip and stay easier. We went out to purchase our own items for shucking oysters and cleaning fish, the utensils were so all so cheap and old, mold on the roof in the bathroom, the heating system is old and inadequate, no dishwasher, and many of the blinds were broken. Usually we are pretty okay with anything but I felt somewhat dirty our whole stay with lack of true information, and like we were oversold on this rental.

Place was good in size for our family of four. Good location. Awesome view and beach access. Place had lots of spider webs inside and out. Killed several spiders. Window coverings need to be adjusted/fixed.

The deck is priceless! Location perfect!

When driving down the dirt street to the house, it looked and is a very dilapidated area. Upon arriving at the house we saw broken blinds and thought oh no. I must say we were plesantly surprised when entering. A gentleman had just finished cleaning the hot tub and he was very pleasant. We ended up not using it but was nice to know we could.I would recommend the older blinds be replaced as some are broken and some do not work properly.We enjoyed our stay and being able to walk my pup on the beach. Its so nice to have pet friendly facilities. Thank you.

Had a great weekend with friends. Lived the view of the bay. The location was was perfect.

Late, 4pm check-in.Great location.Nice house. A set of two bunk beds in one room!Have to walk thru one bedroom to get to the other, or walk outside to the back door.Guess ants are expected.The Hot Tub got hot and that is ok.Thank you for the kindling! Wonderful easy and great place.

So first off it is not how it looks in the pictures. The overall look of the outside of the building is really run down and could be kept up a lot better. The inside was way smaller then the photos make it look. The dryer did not work, the place was not clean for having to pay the fees of them saying they cleaned it. The hot tub was very difficult to lock up as the lock was rusty and half of the hot tub jets didnt work. They did not properly stock the place like they said. There were homeless people all around sleeping by the property. The communication was not good, which it should have been with them knowing they had someone staying there that weekend. The only thing i can say that was good about this was the view from the deck and proximity to the beach..

Meredith Lodging never provided us with check-in instructions, nor a code into the house. We didn't have anything to wash our dishes with. No hand towels or wash cloths provided. The beds were very comfortable. We did not appreciate the large cleaning fee and the checkout instruction stated we had to basically do everything. Why were we instructed to wash the sheets when we paid for a fee? The location was great. The check in and check out times were very inconvenient, and not worth it. We really enjoyed the accessibility to the ocean. We would stay here again.

The house leaves some to desired - very tired and small and set up strange BUT the location made up for it all.
