This charming 1920s brick two-story home features old-world woodwork and craftsmanship throughout. The paver-stone driveway leads through the porte cachere to the detached garage and alley access. Abundant natural light from hand-blown Italian windows. Hardwood flooring, mahogany crown moldings, wood-burning fireplaces, and cedar closets are just some of the quality appointments. Included Wi-Fi and U-verse TV. Formal dining room with a solid wood table for six under an art deco chandelier andan old-world landscape oil painting.

The space-efficient kitchen is appointed with stainless-steel counters and a large refrigerator with a bottom freezer, electric stove, and Keurig coffee maker. Wood stairs wind up to the second-floor bedrooms, where the primary bedroom features a king-size sleigh bed with matching nightstands and lamps. Both bedrooms have beautiful built-in dressers. The second bedroom also has a work desk and can serve as an office. The home is heated by hot water radiators throughout, and there is a basement with a full washer and dryer. The Newlands district is very convenient to both downtown and midtown areas.
