Hands down the best home rental I’ve experienced. We came to visit family for Christmas - upon arrival we noticed so many thoughtful Christmas decorations and a tree inside. Our kids were so thrilled (and reassured that Santa would know where to send their presents!) GUEST ACCESS:

• Full access to farmhouse, detached studio (only if 15 years or older), and the outdoor areas that go with them

• Smart lock check-in (unique code provided before arrival, once the required pre-arrival form is completed)

• Access to bicycles, water sports equipment and lawn games on a first come, first serve basis...please ask us for the storage door key code.

• The Camping Corner is available May–Oct (separate booking with us is required -- additional space for up to two adults, must be 18 years or older)

OTHER NOTES:

We recently went back to hosting the property ourselves after having it hosted for a period of time by a property management company (where the property continued to get 5 star reviews under their profile) but that is why there is a gap of time in the reviews on our profile. :)

HOUSE RULES:

Our Sweet Retreat is meant for singles, couples and families who are looking to enjoy and explore the Wilsonville area and beyond (minimum rental age is 25). We want guests to relax but we also hope to be able to continually provide exceptional accommodations because our guests understand they are to leave our property as they found it...clean, neat and tidy. Children should have fun while under the watchful eye of their parents and are not to be left at the property by themselves for any period of time without an adult being present.

--Completion of a guest information form, guest screening/verification process and a signed rental agreement is required. A security deposit up to $500 as an authorized hold on your credit card is also required. This information will be sent to you to complete after we receive notice of your booking from the platform/channel where your reservation originated and it must be completed promptly for your reservation to be finalized in our system.

--A guest guidebook will be provided to guests prior to arrival and you must read, acknowledge and adhere to that information during your stay.

--The person named on the reservation will be our point of contact and must be present during the entire stay (unless discussed in advance with us). They are responsible to convey the information found in the Guest Guidebook to other guests staying or visiting and ultimately for the actions of those other guests while at the property during their stay.

--The number of guests specified at the time of booking must match the number of those actually present during the stay. The external cameras will verify the number of guests and you will be billed accordingly if there are more guests than your original reservation states. The maximum amount of guests (including infants) allowed for each unit is: Farmhouse = 8 guests & Detached Studio = 2 adults. The Camping Corner = 2 adults and is a separate seasonal rental unit (May-Oct) for additional space, if needed (please inquire, if interested). The property maximum is 10 guests (or 12, if The Camping Corner has also been reserved) and this applies to sleeping and/or occupying the propert
