Built just two years after Great Falls was established in 1888, this remarkable home is among the city’s earliest residences and has been carefully revitalized to preserve its original character while offering the comfort and refinement today’s travelers expect. Rich in craftsmanship and layered with warmth, the home blends historic charm with editorial inspired interiors and modern functionality throughout.

Tucked within one of Great Falls’ historic neighborhoods, the property offers a peaceful and private setting while remaining minutes from downtown dining, breweries, museums, parks, shopping, and outdoor adventure.

One of the property’s most unique features is the original cottage located behind the main residence. Once believed to have served as private servants’ quarters during the early years of Great Falls, the restored structure now lives on as our charming boutique tiny home cottage, adding even more story and character to the property.

Welcome to our luxury vacation rental! To ensure a delightful experience for everyone, we kindly request our guests to adhere to the following rules:

Please treat the property, furnishings, and neighbors with respect. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental. You may use designated outdoor areas for smoking, and please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pet Policy: Regrettably, we do not allow pets on the property.

Parties and Events: Parties and large gatherings are only permitted with prior approval.

Damages and Losses: Any damages or losses to the property and its contents must be reported immediately and may incur charges.

Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked and lights are turned off when leaving the rental.

Check-Out: Please check out on time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. Please don`t be that guest.

To protect our home and neighborhood, events and parties are not permitted. Any unapproved event may result in a $1,500 event fee, as well as additional cleaning or damage charges if applicable.
