Stayed Jan 5, 2025A quintessential Lawrenceville rowhouse/townhouse. Great location. I was there during a very long cold spell in January and the house stayed nice and warm. Washer and dryer were in great condition. Bathroom and kitchen amenities were also in great condition

Stayed Nov 10, 2024My husband and I recently rented this house for a stay in Pittsburgh in order to prepare for a more permanent move. The property is exactly as advertised and was sparkling clean! The best part was its proximity to Butler street and the many options for food, drinks, and activities. Check in was seamless and easy and communication with the host was nearly instantaneous. With an early flight home, we also really appreciated the choreless checkout process. The only consideration I would make is if you have someone with you who has mobility issues, there is no bathroom on the main floor, but otherwise the place was perfect for our stay!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We were back visiting friends, and this row house worked out fine. The location is prime, just off Butler St. Parking on street worked well, but if you have a big SUV, it might not be ideal. Noise level low. Kitchen very well equipped, and the coffee was great! Be aware there are steep stairs, and if you have bad knees, you might want to look outside of Lawrenceville.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024This property was exactly what we needed. Easy walking distance to the friendliest city! Pets are welcome in most establishments- especially outdoor patios which made it very convenient. The house was in great condition and the host was excellent with communication. Checkout was amazingly simple. We are already planning a return trip for a Pirates & Riverhounds game. Thanks for a great kick off to the holiday!

Stayed Apr 5, 2024My husband, myself, and our dog had a fantastic city stay in Lawrenceville! Very modern & comfortable rowhouse conveniently located near restaurants & a park for dog walks. The host provided hospitality items & check in and check out were a breeze! Definitely recommended to other travelers. We enjoyed Pittsburgh, Phipps Conservatory, The Church Brewery, and several Lawrenceville restaurants. We had no trouble parking and the neighborhood was peaceful every night. Thank you!

Stayed Feb 8, 2024All good. Not a knock on the property, and the host describes it well, but if you're not familiar with the parking/driving situation in Lawrenceville it can be challenging, managing a big vehicle would be a pain. Property is on a quiet end of an alley just off of Butler St making it surprisingly quiet for such convenient access to all the Butler St activity.
