Stayed Sep 13, 2025This stay was perfect for our family (Grandparents, spouse, myself, and our 2 year old son). It was close to all the attractions making it easy to get around with a toddler and working around his nap schedule. He loved roaming the property to look at the tractors and chickens. We were able to have a nice fire when his Aunt & Uncle stopped to visit. We had a hiccup with the keypad when we got there but the hosts brother was able to rectify it within 30 minutes of checking in. We were able to recommend a solution to the hosts if it happens again since we have the same keypad. The hosts were very friendly family oriented and very responsive when we needed it. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025House was very clean, beds were very comfortable as were pillows. Location was ideal and close to Cooperstown. Some considerations:1. Close to other house on the property2. Amazing backyard with fire pit3. Furniture is dated but useable. Comfortable living room couches.4. Kitchen is huge, updated and has everything one would need.5. Very close to Fly Creek Mill.We had a great time in Cooperstown but only spent limited time at the house.

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Our husbands were all coaching at the Cooperstown ballpark and staying in the barracks. The wives agreed on this place to stay with our other children. It was a beautiful piece of property, the house was clean, and the owners went over and beyond to take care of us! There was nothing that I would change about our stay and would stay here again in the future! My only regret is that I wish we had more time to enjoy the property and the fun that was available.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We had the best time staying at this cute, spacious farmhouse. It was clean, had plenty of room and all the essentials we needed. It was nice to be able to cook out on food to help save on food costs. It’s about a 14 min drive to Dreams park and we didn’t multiple times a day with no problem. I would definitely recommend for a family that needs lots or room.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025We loved this spot for our time at Cooperstown! Close to the ball fields, close to downtown Cooperstown! The hosts were SO sweet and we were able to really enjoy the property. There was a fun fire pit, a couple of little trails on the property and a couple of small ponds. We did some fishing between games and my kids LOVED it. The house was nice, worked well for our big family. Each room had its own AC unit and it worked great. We had one water issue that was dealt with/fixed within 10 minutes. We would come back again - the property had us all wishing we lived here!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We truly enjoyed our stay at the 1825 Farmhouse! It is a very short drive into town and the property on which it is situated is beautiful! The house itself was very clean and the kitchen was well appropriated with utensils and cookware and updated appliances. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the fire pit but it is a nice touch, surrounded by open fields. The owner was close by and very hospitable. I definitely recommend this site, especially for large families or groups.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Short 10 minute drive to CDP. House is very clean, but old. Wifi works great and house has everything you'll need to cook or do laundry. Not extremely private, as you're on top of the house next door. If you like fishing, bring a fishing pole, as there's nice fishing on the property. Owners were very responsive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great stay in the Farmhouse. It was very clean and close to the parks and Main Street. The host was friendly and easily accessible, if needed. Everything is in the house, laundry, games, kitchen, linens, utensils, etc. and there is an amazing fire pit in back which we also enjoyed one night. Property is huge and so pretty! I highly recommend staying here when travelling to Cooperstown.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Farm house was amazing. Our 12 year old son played at Cooperstown Dream Park and staying this close was fantastic. The house is absolutely beautiful. Fly Creek is also located right down the street and is a gem. I would definitely recommend if you are coming to Cooperstown for any reason.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at the Farmhouse. The property is absolutely breathtaking, rolling hills and tons of space for whiffle ball, a pond where the kids spent lots of time fishing, a large area to sit around the fire pit where the kids enjoyed some s'mores. Woke up early every morning just to enjoy the views and wildlife. The property was a short 10 minute drive to Dreams Park which was perfect being that my son got sick late one night and we had to pick him up at about 1am. There was also a beautifully maintained walking path to the local Fly Creek Cider Mill which we all loved and visited multiple times during our stay. The hosts were very accommodating, needed additional fishing poles, next thing you know those extra poles were on the back patio. Needed additional bedding, it showed up while we were at a game. And just as you would expect having that small town feeling, as we were enjoying a nice dinner in downtown Cooperstown, which was only about 5 minutes away, we were talking to our friends about the property that we were staying at, and a nice gentleman at the tabe next to us asked where we were staying. Just so happened to be our hosts enjoying an evening out themselves. We thanked them for their hospitality and also for allowing me to have our coaches gifts that I had procrastinated ordering, be sent directly to their home and they were placed on the kitchen counter upon arrival. The house was indeed built in 1825 and still has some of its 200 year old charm. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Cooperstown/Fly Creek. The weather was perfect sweater weather and it was an amazing trip that we will never forget. Thanks for the memories that we will cherish forever.
