Stayed Sep 11, 2021Enjoyed our stay. One small maintenance issue went unaddressed but we were able to fix it ourselves. We have shared our frustration regarding the lack of attention to the maintenance request with the realty company.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was dirty, had spiders and spider webs everywhere. Spent the first 2 days of my vacation cleaning. Nothing in the description is accurate. Said it had beach chairs and items for the beach, everything was rusted and dry rotted. This house needs a total overhaul and extermination inside and out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Several bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. The sunroom chairs cushions were severely ripped. Bedding in one of the masters was very stained. Windows throughout were very dirty. There were cobwebs at most doorways. Decks and pool area were very unkept. However, the biggest problem were the numerous spiders in the bedrooms which appeared every single day--property needs to be exterminated.

Stayed May 15, 2021They kicked us out because the owner decided after our arrival that they prefer “a generational family”. No where was that explicitly written in the contract. Also many bugs in rooms, and crap stains on toilet seats I had to clean myself.
