Stayed Aug 22, 2020Overall, the property has not been well maintained and cleaned throughly. I would stay again if a lot of the house had work done to improve it; the location, with the pool right across from the beach, was fantastic.

Stayed Jul 4, 2020The location of the house was the only positive for this property. We were told there would be extra extensive cleaning done due to covid-19 and when we arrived we found it to be exactly the opposite. It appeared the house had barely been cleaned, majority of the clean sheets for the beds were soaking wet in the wrappers, comforters were balled up on the closet floors, the list goes on. It was clear cleaning does not include moving any furniture within the house as there was a build up of sand, dust and pet hair from several stays in many places within the home. The pool also did not appear to be treated and the dry setting on the dishwasher does not work. The dishwasher is also moldy throughout the inside. Overall on the interior and exterior the house is very worn and does not seem to be kept up well...ie. paint, decking, cobwebs, outdoor chairs, etc. We would not rent this property again.
